What's Good: I am happy with arrangements you had made for us Super Senior Citizens for one week tour of Sri Nagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg & Sonmarg. The quality of Hotels & Houseboat, Dinners & Breakfast provided with conveyance was marvelous and this tour had become a memorable for us. I thank you from my heart for taking the trouble for the tour by yourself.

What's Good: Warm hospitality was given by Mr. Parwez and Moomin,They guided us very well with planned itinerary. Accommodation and food was excellent and child friendly. we look forward to them for further trips, Thanks to them for making it so memorable and treating us as their family.

What's Good: Regular Communication update since we booked our flights. They were happy to tailor our trip to our needs. Very kind and courteous. Treatment us like family. Very reasonable rates. Accomodation food and travel with driver and car was very good. Called us everyday day in the morning and evening to find how our day trips were and if we were happy or had any issues.
Thankyou for the wonderful time we had in kashmir, will always remember and have beautiful memories.

What's Not Good: Had to come back to Mumbai because our trip ended.

What's Good: Excellent service provided by Faijaan ji, the cab service is excellent and Danish bhai is a very good tour guide.Accomodation ,food quality very good, value of money.

What's Good: Our trip to Kashmir was truly memorable one. This time we were travelling with our 7 year old son so were a bit worried about safety and over all the entire arrangement. But honestly, we did not had to be bother about anything. The trip was so well planned by Mr Pervaiz and his team. We stayed in some of the best hotels and houseboat in srinagar, pahalgam and gulmarg. All 3 places r equally charming, and we could complete all the sight seeing within time because of the well planned trip. Mr Pervaiz was careful about our safety through out the trip. He had been in touch with us personally everyday, enquiring about our whereabouts. We were carefree and enjoyed to the fullest. We were blessed enough to have one of the most experienced guide cum driver. Mr Mumin was a native of srinagar and was very knowledgeable about all the places. He helped us a lot and gave the best possible advice with regards to local food, activities and its rates, shopping places etc. He was quite playful with our child and kept him entertained throughout which is most difficult when travelling with a child. Overall, I would highly recommend Explorus travels to anyone who wants to travel to Kashmir and enjoy the serenity without worrying much about the arrangement. You will get the most organised, well curated itinerary here for the best price. I would like to specially mention the open minded approach of Mr Pervaiz towards all the last minute changes I requested him due to changes in our schedule and he did it all on just one phone call. Most travel agencies do not entertain this. He had been very humble, honest and ground to earth with us till the end of our trip.
What's Not Good: There was hardly anything that I could complain about. Had great time in kashmir.

travels... I specially recommend Parvez who kept all promises that he made ... All the hotels they provided are good..I specifically told about my cab driver Danish who is very polite and knowledgeable.... Thanks to Holidify website for providing me such a good and informative travelling agent...

Like the planning, the team was very accommodating regarding any last-minute requests. The driver was very skilled, knew the city well, and was able to guide us throughout the trip. The management and other staff were very friendly and welcomed us, especially the hotel staff in Srinagar. The team is warm and cheerful.
It's on the expensive side, but again this depends on the accommodation one chooses and what time of the year you are booking your trip.

Explorus Travels made sure to book everything in order and as per the customer's need. All the arrangements etc were good. However, in my personal experience, there are many people who keep the intention to cheat tourists at various places like Tangmarg, Shikara etc. Please ensure to be careful from them.
