What's Good: I planned my trip to udaipur with Expert travel guide from holidify. We had a great experience with them. Transparency while communicating with agent regarding planning, stay and trasport. Good hospitality, on time support and help. Available anytime on whatsp and call whenever we need any help
What's Not Good: Nothing as such

What's Good: Driver was good. Nice campus selection.
What's Not Good: Poor network connectivity and so so staff. According to Weather this time is not suitable.

What's Good: I liked that the representative of Expert Representative of Expert Travel Guides,Ms Pooja was great at her job. She was attentive to my requirements and was helpful till the very end of our trip.
What's Not Good: The taxi driver cum owner had unnecessarily filled the boot of the taxi with large speakers, which were not even connected hence leaving no space for the passengers' luggage. Out of two suitcases we were carrying one was permanently occupying the front seat,this was not only damaging the suitcase but blocking the view throughout. And since the taxi was on diesel, the two suitcases should have been put in the trunk of the taxi.

What's Good: As the communication and arrangements are made by agency are awesome and ther bother the customer ,which is the main reason for five star rating.
What's Not Good: Nothing to write

What's Good: An Amazing and wonderful experience with expert Travel guide , everything was very smooth from pickup to drop and resort was also very good and it felt like home there staffs were very supportive in the resort specially pragati resort nainital. Best part was driver was very good it felt like a family member only and was driving car very smoothly.
Overall I liked ETG very much.I would recommend everyone who are planning family trip to book from ETG.

What's Good: Really very well arranged and cordinated tour.

What's Good: I had recently availed Expert travel guide to book a tour of Nainital and surrounding areas for my elderly parents and uncle and aunt. Sarthak was extremely professional during the entire process. He planned the tour according to our requirements and his choice of hotels and personnel was expertly catered. We are very happy with our experience, and would heartily recommend expert travel guide to anyone looking for a hassle free trip.

What's Good: Only paragliding was good but that also was charged extra.
What's Not Good: Hotel provided was worst ...service was bad.. agent stopped answering calls....he denied to provide everything...agent mentioned to call hotel for the paragliding which they agreed for 2500..but after the sport they charged us 2800 ..asked to pay extra for paragliding which was not expected...over all the service provided was very bad and could not enjoy our trip.
