Exotic Trips (MakeMyTrip - Ghatkopar)

Me and my husband had booked our holiday trip through MMT to Singapore and Malaysia. I am glad to share that entire trip was very well aranged by Jahaanvi. Responses to all our queries and issues were very prompt and excellent.

I had booked hotel KF Residency situated in Kurla for my father and his colleagues two standard AC Rooms for 10 nights through MakeMyTrip it was such a disappointment that my father had to leave the very next day due to the misbehaviour of the hotel staff. Plus the towels were tore, dirty and ac remotes not working. Plus the hotel people putting allegation on my father saying that the towels he tore. Terrible service and they are not returning the money also. They are fraudsters and scammers. It’s been 4 days since then Makemytrip is unable to help inspite if providing them the videos as evidence. Makemytrip should be ashamed of enlisting such properties and misguiding the customers. I am henceforth going to consumer court as we trusted and paid to makemytrip but they are unable to provide us the refund. Supporting scam and fraud is what makemytrip is doing. Also I m going to take this to print media and social media.

Have approached them for my USA trip. First impression of office is very dull. Doesn't look like Makemytrip's Office. Staff's knowledge about USA was not proper. Have waited for their proposal for 1 week. But no reply. I have booked my trip with SOTC office. Highly professional people (SOTC). Makemytrip should groom their staff well.
