I had booked Kerala tour package through EVERGREEN TRAVEL COMANY .Very nicely managed tour. Well organized travel service and vacation tour operator. Hotels were very good...Car provided was in very good condition and clean. Hence travelling was not tiresome. We can relax and enjoy our trip if our packages Over all good service provided by Evergreen and special thanks to Mr. JOICY GEORGE who has planned our trip .

I wish I had a option to give negitive review.
So unprofessional, have no values/ethics.
We planned a trip to kochi (2nd to 5th April 2021) but due to increase in covid cases we cancelled the trip 8 days prior and gave an acknowledgement to the company's representative (Joicy George - representative name)
We have paid the advance amount a good 30 days prior.
Now that representative doesn't pick the call nor calls back.
If this is what you get in return think twice before booking your trip with Evergreen Travel Company.
Pathetic service.

It was superb 6Days and 5Nights trip with my wife planned by Evergreen Travel Company. Had an awesome stay in hotels and resorts alongwith house boat in Alleppy. The Car provided to us was in good condition and Driver was so friendly who guided us al throughout the trip.

Well Organized and very nice hotel in excellent location, Car driver were friendly and well known about the places & throughout the trip helpfull, I will definitely recommend Evergreen Travel Company for my friends and relatives.

Overall a well managed trip. The driver and vehicle needs a special mention. The hotels were good and spacious. The vessel in Alappuzha lake was comfortable and the crew affable.

We enjoyed our trip with the driver provided by the evergreen travel. The hotels was excellent and the houseboat arrangement was amazing.

My sincere thank and appreciation for Evergreen Travels for providing best services in all the three places namely Munnar, Thekady and Allapy. Hotels were nice. Travel arrangement was excellent. Specially I will never forget

My Experience of vacations booked through Evergreen Travel is very bad.

They are unprofessional and are least bother about the customers after booking is done.

We had booked tour for Mysore, Ooty, Coorg in May 2018, hotel provided at Ooty was not as per commitment, hotel at Coorg was not informed about our booking.
We had to wait for 3 hours in night to get the rooms.

The staff from Evergreen Mr. George didn't took pains for vacations, he never enquired about stay and other facilities at the hotel.

Even after complaints for hotels, he simply gave vague excuses and ignored our issues.

Similar experience we had in our Last tour at Kerala booked from Evergreen Travels, that time also we had faced similar problems.

Even the Tempo Traveller driver provided was not cooperative and was arrogant.

Do not book your vacations from Evergreen Travels

All resorts or hotels booked were good, buffet lunches were excellent. Car & driver arranged was awesome.
We loved our trip & will recommend them to other travelers.

We booked accommodation and vehicle for sightseeing with Ever Green Travel co. for Vagamon trip. They picked us at Kottayam railway station and after the tour dropped us at Kottayam railway station. The accommodation at Green Palace resorts was also very nice.

Would like to thank Joicy from the bottom of our hearts for one of the most wonderful trip we have had. Kerala is one of the most beautiful place in the world, however, it was made more so because Joicy ensured that we were well taken care of. He executed a well planned itinerary and some of the best sightseeing locations. Our driver Jaikumar is a gentleman and took us safely and timely to all the locations. He ensured that we were well settled in the hotels we went to..... assisted us with some good places to shop, etc. Overall we had an absolutely fantastic time. Recommend everyone to get their travel package done through Joicy.

It was fantastic. A beauty of nature together with tradition, it was just awesome. The hotels, the vehicle, sightseeing, time management everything was so perfectly managed. I would like to thank Mr. Joicy George who managed our tour and Mr. Basil who was so co-operative.
Everyone can get the best package of Kerala if managed by Mr. Joicy.
If i will have another tour of Kerala, please arrange Mr. Basil as driver.

This was an awesome trip of kerala with my family, all the hotels rooms were excellent. All the places shown as per the iternery and shown some extra places also which not covered under itenery. The executive always contacting us to know whether everything is ok or you want some thing different.
I will recommed my friends and family to make a trip with everygreen only ..

I ll rate 4 out of 5 bcous d driver dnt stop at d spot which was on package he ever dnt undstnd hindi english also.he just getting as quickly as to hotel to check in so his duty get off. When ever we say he just stop near jeep and say sir off road sence u should hired a jeep, but couldn't make his effort to take at spot
At thekkady he take us late, due to him we miss last motor ride he even dnt know d time of d park
At allepy boat driver take us ride on d river after 5.30 he stop at place and say to go to beach bcous 3 hour to dinner when i call d driver to take us he even not responsing fone call i have to make rikshaw to beach.d boat is full of mosquitoes due to d dirty river ganda nala I should call it useless waste of money
If u r vegee then its difficult to have good food
All hotel was good at munnar,thekkady,kovalam but never stop at boat useless

Operator should also unaware of spot to take tourists.
Beaches r awesome spot at munnar r also good. Operator should provide a good driver which know all time, spot every things bcous tourists come with excitement about tour but if he provide a unkown driver about spot then it totally waste of money n tour also

It was a mixed experience with Evergreen Travel Company. Somethings were good and somethings were not as promised.

We are very thankful to Mr. Joicy George.we are very thankful to Evergreen Travel Company for make us memorable kerala trip. Mr.Hari gave us good service in whole tour. Experience of Houseboat was very good. But elefant ride was very costly in Thekkady. So please avoid it.

Mr joicy was prompt and accomodative in his responses from the beginning which gave me the confidence to book our family trip of 11 people for 8 days with him. Even during the trip he was always available for resolving any issues and gave us good customer service. Itinerary, Tempo traveller, resorts, etc were all as per our discussion and infact we even had a very well mannered tempo traveller driver. All in all we had a memorable family trip & would recommend Evergreen to our family & friends! :)

We are 17 people, tour was nicely arranged. The vehicle is in very good condition. All hotels are good. Tour operator provided facilities as committed. The tour coordinator Joicy is polite and available for queries. Overall its a nice experience and will opt again for this operator.

We had been gone to Kerala first time by evergreen travel its very nice experience and thanks to this group who managed everything in proper way specially thanks to Mr.Joicy who was always avilable for us in 10 days never thought we r unknown for this place thanks again u had this trip precious for us

We have taken 2N3D package for Kerala. We are very much satisfied with the Evergreen travel services. They offered us very good hotels and also the package was covering all the places. And also, we have customized the package. Driver was very cooperative and helpful. Not only this, evergreen team was in constant touch with us during journey. Evergreen did all this for us at a very reasonable rate compared to what the other players are offering in this Industry. I am looking forward to use your services in the future.

1. 1st day of our tour and the driver said he wont be driving us back to town in the evening once we r back to the hotel.
2. We had requested for a tour guide and Evergreen had said the driver would be the guide himself but to our suprise the driver himself did not knew the places.
3. The places were not shown as per the iternary. Tea Mesume which should be an important sight seeing Evergreen did not knew it was closed on Monday and we missed it.
4. Evergreen did not had a courtesy to call up once during the trip and ask us how the trip was going. We used to call them everyday as we were facing problem in our trip.
5. There was strike that was suppose to happen and evergreen did not informed us regarding the same. We came to know from. The driver and after informing them they never came back with a solution and they informed us the solution when we continously called them.
6. Houseboat was not the one which was shown to us in the pick. It was pathetic dirty full of lizards ants and Cockroches. Toilet was dirty and when we contcted them they said it the same houseboat and we had to send them the pic and iternary details for the same.
7. There was some arrangements in the houseboat like welcome drink cake and candle light dinner which did not even happen.

Both Jinto and the Owner Joicy are pathetic people who donot know how yo give customer service to their customer and after bringing to their notice these things which they had mentioned in their iternary they completely refused. Their Company Evergreen Tour's are cheaters and the most pathetic people I have come across. I regret my decision going with them and would never suggest anyone to these tupe of cheaters and crooks and also would request you guys not to recommend them to anyone.

I have booked first time with Evergreen and was amazingly satisfied with the experience. I must say the Evergreen is a very good company which had taken care of all my requirements well. All the hotels were good, Driver was very supportive and helpful. And also, the driver didn't ask any money from us which is very common scenario. They have also offered us good customization in package.

The best part is that Evergreen did all this at a very less cost compared to bigger players in this Industry.
