Ms Tuba is very courteous and well spoken. She has arranged the itinerary as directed. I have never faced any payment issue raised by the hotels, and I have always paid to Tuba directly. Thank you

Trip was excellent and managed. Hotels, dinning cab, cab driver were ok but with quebec (housebote) was worst. I spent worst and horrible night of my life at housebote. The cab driver left us with very old shikarawala. No one was listening us on housebote. All cheater were assamble there and talking in there language. 12 June2024 I will never forget. Raining in night and hut like stay. I am giving poorest rating to this company if they are working with such irresponsible people. Next day before boarding on our return staff were demanding TIP ?Everything should clear about payment. Driver will left you on destination and you have to hire another mode to visit points, which is very costly. On the time of booking package it seems that all prise are included but in fact it is just opposite picture.In Pahalgam, gulmarg they are charging a lot of. In Jammu the hotel was 18 km away from main city. Ms tuba is well spoken and supporting but fail to manage my housebote stay and total trip. In fact "birds of same feather floks together"

Services provided by the agency were excellent. Ms Tuba who managed my itinerary was very helpful. however hotels review and location should be checked before booking confirmation. I would like to travel Srinagar anytime in November again.

The trip was very well organised. Our bad luck we missed gondola ride due to rain and excessive crowding. Our tour guide Ishtiyaq explained history, background and culture of all the places we visited and was an excellent host. He took us whereever we wanted to go with smile on his face. We had booked a family trip to Srinagar, Pahalgam,Sonmarg and Gulmarg through Efendi Holidays. Ishtiyaq Bhai was really helpful and patient in explaining us about the various details. The hotel locations , especially in Pahalgam and Gulmarg was really picturesque and beautiful. Thank you to Efendi holidays for a delightful trip.
