Talking sweetly but actually it is Worst experience.

Happy to share my feedback for miss samriti and Dreamland Tour and Travels, you guys are wonderful and have excellent understanding and knowledge to get an experience of lifetime exploring Shimla Manali, whole itinerary was well planned and all pick up and drops were on accurate time. I highly recommend Dreamland Tour and Travels for everyone looking to explore Shimla Manali and near by areas with professional like Samriti. They provide good hotels with good food and the main thing driver all the things are on the top and worth the money, thanks you guys for giving us all the wonderful memories and wishing you a great success in all your endeavours.

Totally ? enjoyed the trip with Dreamland Tour and Travels. This was our 1st honeymoon trip to Himachal . We visited manali , solang , kullu , manikaran , and jogini waterfalls. All the places were really breathtaking ❤️Sneha the trip advisor , managed our trip very smoothly and patiently. Hotel Visor was very good ?, our driver manoj bhaiya was very genuine person. We will surely book our next trip with Dreamland Tour and Travels.

We had an amazing experience on our recent holidays arranged by Dreamland Tour and Travels , a special thanks to Kiran Thakur - she was fantastic.
We were on a 9 day tour(Delhi-Shimla-manali-dharamshala-Dalhousie-delhi…).
Right from the day she shared the trip iternary -- up until we reach back home , she made made sure we have safe experience with a joyful mood .
The driver was also good and knowledgeable about the places…
I would definitely prefer Dreamland travels for my upcoming trips . Thanks for making my holidays cherishing…?

ex-kalka.. and drop at manali.
schedule was well maintained.
Though we missed the kalka shimla toy train.
The stay at Hotel Royal Regency, Shimla was very Good, breakfast ? and dinner was complementary and very nice view from the spacious restaurant and room balcony?

though the stay at manali was amazing, regarding rooms and facilities.
However the location of hotel was very near to mall street, so that didn't present any problem.
Manali mall street is very good with a lot of options, restaurants, Tibetan market etc.. Again Thanks Dreamland Tour and Travels and Kiran ji?

I booked my earlier Manali trip through you, in this trip I was very glad because of your hospitality, behavior and many more, you accommodate me in a good hotel, provided delicious food, covered a maximum sight seeing location in reasonable budget, I recommend your travel agency to everyone for their vacation.

We booked our trip to Manali from 24.10.23 to 29.10.2023. For my family which includes 2 adults and two kids. As per our deal I paid them 54000 for golden plus package which includes 4 star hotels in shimala as well as manali.
They booked 3 star in shimala and forced me to pay the remaining ammount.
After going to Manali which is 3 night stay, they book lodge where our vehicles took 30 minut to reach and no parking.
Our room on 4th floor where there is no lift.
The smell in hotel unable to bear and it is nothing but a petty lodge.
I requested for change of property but they didn't and threatened like anything. It was around 9.00 PM and chilling cold my kids are hungry the situation is very pathetic for me.lastly with my additional money I booked another hotel which I paid seperately.
Next morning on 27.10.2023 due to betray we about to leave the manali but thought of site seeing and planned for returning on 28.10.2023.
Suddenly I got phone call from manali police station complaining about money payment from our side.
On 27.10.2023.
With my family I visited police station and explained all situations. I appreciate Manali Police they helped us very cordially and asked my tour agent Miss. Kiran Thakur and Ritesh Sharma for paying of new hotel. So thanks to Manali Police for this help.
At last I suggest don't book any tour for this servic angent, they don't care for their clients and they betray with you.

We went on a girls trip and Kiran from Dreamland Tours and travel made our journey memorable by booking the most beautiful stays within budget. She also made sure we were safe wherever we were. So during the Kheerganaga trek some boys were getting clingy and we shared our location with Kiran. We took help from the locals while Kiran sent someone from the camps to help us. She also kept checking on us in the camps where there was no means of communication via camp staff. I would give a 100 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

My overall experience is good. I was assisted by miss Kiran. She is super supportive and friendly in nature Also my cab driver mr karan thakur was a good guy.They are very friendly and they give very comfort zone in all travel place. We stayed 3 nights. They provided 3 star hotel with good view in very budget friendly price. Highly recommend. Keep the good work up! ❤️❤️thanks Dreamland tour and travels.

They provide us excellent service like cabs, hotels and include most of all the place to visit there.
