An utter waste of time, money and experience

The worst experience, would never recommend to anyone, bus which was supposed to come by 9.15a.m at new delhi station came an hour late, no place to sit in the bus and they said will shift people to another bus at the first point which was birla mandir. The bus Didn't stop at most of the tourist places, though the website shows 16 places they hardly show you around 5 to 6 places. Most of the places they just drive through saying no parking available. The few places showed people were not allowed inside. I was told red fort will be shown and would be dropped back at the new delhi station but they just dropped people at red fort saying those who want to see it can see it and return by themselves and those who didn't want to see red fort will be dropped back at the station. Its just been an utter waste of time, money and experience.

Totally disorganized tour which was not worth the money spent. Poor knowledge of the hotels which led to being put in some shoddy places. Will not recommend them to anyone. Overall a total disappointment.

She was very attentive to our requirements and needs and made proposals so that we make the most of our time in India.This did not mean that she crammed as much trips as possible, Bharti ensured our trip was packed yet leisurely, giving us time to absorb the wonders of The Great Rich Indian Cultures, values and tradition.
Bharti was available for us during our visit and she called us to ensure everything was going well.For Bharti,it is not just her business to organise packages as a travel agent, but to ensure that they are based on individuals needs.She makes a living as it her job, but she is not there to make money out of tourists.

If you are reading this review you are probably trying to decide which Tour company to use, which based my experience is very difficult to do. so maybe I can tell you a little about my experience to help. I talked about our planned trip to India with 4 companies. By far the most responsive and competitive was Discover Bharat. So with a leap of faith I placed an order with Bharti Pathak (co-owner of the company). What a good decision I made. Firstly, they are real caring people and not there just to take your money. Also when things don't quite work properly, and that will happen, you need somebody there for you and Bharti is that person and it doesn't matter what time of day you call.
Our trip was a tour of Mumbai, Delhi, Agra and then a break in Goa. Very busy but what an experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend Discover Bharat Tours to anybody!!! I also want to thank Bharti for all the work she personally put into making our trip the most incredible experience.

It was my first time to try Solo travelling and to have the tour organized for me by an agency, at the beginning I was worried about the safety , the driver, the hotels..., yet everything was perfect and accurate and as planned with them including the sightseeing, the hotels, and pick up from the airport , the driver (Rahul) was SUPER punctual, decent and helpful, and the contact person in DISCOVER BHARAT TOURS who coordinated everything for me (Bharti) was very helpful, flexible and prompt for anything I need including the flight tickets, the hotels and adjusting the plan for the sightseeing and she was in contact through out the tour.
Thank you all, you really made everything possible and accessible for me in this journey, and It is highly recommended for solo travelers.

It was a real pleasure to travel with Bharat Tours through India. The Service was excellent, reliable and we felt treated very special. We had a tour from Mumbai to Delhi, further to Agra, Jaipur and back to Delhi. Everything worked out without any complications. It went smooth as silk. My next holiday to India I will ask Mrs. Bharti again for her help and expertice and can 100% recommend her services. It was our first trip to India and I was frankly spoken a little worried. The trip we took thanks to Bharat Tours in Kashmir went according to plan. They were very helpful and matched our needs with the appropriate solutions ! I appreciated their professionalism as they were always reachable and took the care during the trip to check on us, to see that everything was alright. Though we only asked them to arrange for a car and driver they did so with good spirit and I would definitely consult them again for a further Indian trip

We had a wonderful trip to Manali from 14th to 19 th June. Our travel itenary was very well planned right from travel,hotel ,food ,sightseeing etc. Mr Bhupesh had organised the entire trip very well and we have sweet memories of the same.
