CR7 TOUR & TRAVELS

Worst service i had received till date. He didn't completed his commitment. Every day we have to change hotels in same city as he didn't booked hotels for us even after 2 month advance booking of customer.

We received details of hotel in Srinagar at last movement and have to travel all places with our luggages which is horrible.

Hotel he provided is just like single Star, not having proper basic amenities,l as they booked is at last movement.

Advice: Don't pay them earlier, confirm all hotel booking first if you don't want to spoil your trip even after spend money.

We have a wonderful experience at Kashmir. We booked our package through Cr7, the hospitality of the CR7 owner Jahangir Ji was excellent. They provided good hotels which are worth as per the package we booked. Also, the perfect driver with whom we become very comfortable. Overall our experience was good. Highly recommend CR7 travels. I hail from Delhi and wanted to visit Kashmir valley in Dec-Jan to feel the chill and beauty of snow. My end-to-end trip has been organised by CR7 Tour & Travels. I covered Srinagar, Dhoodhpathri, Gulmarg and Pahalagam
It was a great experience dealing with them. The hotels, houseboat, vehicle, driver has been arranged by them. Initial booking with 15% and thereafter payments during the trip. Services were provided as promised. No issues related to payment. Decent hotels are provided as per your budget. Drivers(Ayub bhai recommended) are provided as per the customer. He makes you feel comfortable at an unknown place.

Recommended tour provider in Kashmir. One suggestion for improvement: They should more proactively interact with the hotel manager and staff to serve their customers with better hospitality.
Kashmir is indeed ultra beautiful, but great hospitality is what you except from your tour provider, which further makes your trip smooth, hassle-free and memorable.
CR7 is one such provider. Thanks CR7. Will visit again in Summers.

Everything was perfectly curated by them. Hotels n food, both were good. Good job Cr7. Truely a memorable trip.

Good co-ordination from CR 7 AHMED Bhai , but the hotels which was booked was not up to the mark service was not good , But CR7 IS THE BEST....

Entire team of CR7 is quick in terms of support. Tanveer is readily available on phone whenever required. Umar is best driver. Avoid to go for site seeing with FAIXAL. He is more interested in completing trip in hurry than showing you whatever is written in itinerary

The comapny has not provided the plan as per itinarary...always hotel change from itinarary....lower category hotel provided when you reach the destination and you have no other option for the accomodation....along with this the food provided by the hotel is very bad..... Mine hotel changed in srinagar....Gulmarg........without any reason.....very worst service managed by the cr7 company....

Thanks to Mr.Tanveer & Mr. Umar, they were very friendly and helpful through out my trip. There facilities were all very good. We didn't face any sort of issues during my trip. They were helpful for 24X7.

We booked tour to Ladakh starting from Srinagar starting Sep. well in advance. However the Srinagar route closed due to Article 370 decision. However Ahmed contacted us via tele. from Police station and requested us to contact his counterpart in Leh to reorganize the tour. We then started the tour from Leh with almost same itinerary except that the Sonmarg & Kargil stops we had to skip.

It was all very well organised, good vehicle with driver, good Hotels etc.

Only thing they lagged was co-ordination by counterpart in Leh. I found them very much lagging in this with no instructions to the driver. Even the permit for our visit to Nubra and Pangong were not handed over to the driver. Even Hotel voucher were not given to us. It was vigilance from our side as I am a frequent traveler as also from the vehicle driver we could manage or else we would have landed over selves in trouble. Well with Ahmed ( Cr7) having limited telephone connectivity I suppose this was not under his control as well.

It would have been excellent except for the above issue, however given the circumstances prevailing I suppose this was okay and it compensated by giving us excellent Hotels and driver.

CR7 is a trustworthy and organised tour operator of Kashmir . They provides orgnised as well economical tours for Kashmir as per visitor's choice . They provided an excellent & memorable trip of Kashmir for my family on last Dec.
Specially the guy Tanveer is very friendly and honest as tour organiser .

Best tourist service, when I go Kashmir for honeymoon package in same package they change my hotel 3star to 4star, I felt pain in my heart they help me and take me out to hospital at night without any charge, and always stand for us even midnight I call they attend my call and sort out our problem

Cr7 arranged above very decently & our group enjoyed the trip very nice
