Country travel point Pradeep Sharma and Kajal Sharma is unable to manage your trip.
Worst experience I have faced, during Manali trip, they have no control over vehicle owner, they will talk very sweetly while booking for any trip. When you will face any problem then they will talk very rudely. Pradeep Sharma and Kajal Sharma is not capable in managing your trip. Their driver has stopped on the way while returning from Manali trip due to payment issue of Vehicle owner from Country travel point Pradeep Sharma . They don't give payment to vehicle owner and Driver will create many problems.

We booked the trip to dharamshala, Dalhousie n Amritsar with country travel point coordinated by Harsha mam....iternity was good ....great coordination was done .... Except the hotel at mcleodganj all hotels were nice....cab driver was very helpful....the trip was very nice and thanks to Harsha mam for coordinating throughout the journey

Please not taking any services from country travel point, ye aapse dadagiri se paise lenge, aur aapko jo services batayenge wo nh denge aap kuch kahenge to aapke sath maar peet bhi kar sakte hai, this is my request not taking any services from this company. I will share pics also, ki ye kya karte hai, kaise logo ko bewakoof banate hai aur inke sath ek hotel wale hai (The Elena Hotel) ye bhi samil hai. Pls in logo se bacho

The Hotel they give us is very good but they told that the pickup and drop location is anywhere in Delhi according to u and i told them a pickup location. But on the meantime at 6 o clock morning driver told me to come
jahangirpuri metro station which was 45 km distance from my actual Distance. When i call the travel agency the phone number is switched off and the end day i.e when the trip end he (cab Driver) again drop us at jahangiripuri metro station. And the cab driver doesn’t take us to local sides of Dalhousie like market, the famous Chruchs and subash baoli etc. Because of him we can’t explore Dalhousie. this was very worst experience. The main thing is I call the travel agency on 3rd day and tell everything about this but she tell me i wil talk with the driver and after some time i will call u back but she didn’t do that.

From Choosing best hotel with scenic views to covering all the mus visit place in a city without compromising, Mr Pradeep Sharma ( company owner) and Mrs Kajal Sharma have delivered excellent customer service. Thank you Country travel point for organising fabulous tour for our family at Kashmir. We the lay person about kashmir were throughly guided by Pratibha Mam who gave us good itinerary under guidance of Mr. Kishor. Hotel Kannaz and Young Bakhtoo Houseboat at Srinagar provided home feeling with all way good smile.Only at Pahalgam hotel services were very poor. Our Car driver Umar was more like a son to us serving/helping at every point. Having concern about walking climbing eating and what not. Special 10 stars for Umar and Pratibha. We visited Manali , Atal Tunnel, Naggar, Soyal village, Nathan Village and Manikaran from 22 March - 27 March 2024. Thank you very much Country travel and Ms.Renu Madam for organizing such wonderful trip. It was a customized trip as we wanted to see the remote villages like Soyal and Nathan, Kothi. Itinerary and hotel booked as per our request. Our children and us felt divine. Driver Mr. Ashwini kumar was very cooperative and guided us.
