The worst customer experience I've dealt with. I've been waiting since May 20 for a refund for cancelled flights and CL are still refusing to provide it, even though people who were on the same flight and booked directly with the airline were given refunds months ago.
I tried to contact CL multiple times over a three week period and each time I was told that the person I booked with was not in the office and that nobody else at the business was able to provide a response.
CL refuse to provide any evidence as to why they are refusing to provide a refund.
The airline have now confirmed that CL didn't even apply for a refund until Dec 20, 7 months after the cancellation!

I booked a flight from London to New Delhi through them. The month on the ticket was wrong. I contacted Jet Airways who said that they can provide full refund if the ticket were booked directly. Since it was through Carlton I had to contact them. Carlton didn't even give partial refund just 8 pounds back. Plus their customer service bluffed me. They tired to modify my ticket to next month for 319 pounds but when I checked on their website it was only 234 pounds. Now that what I feel is disgusting. Why can't they give a partial refund when the airline its can? And why do Carlton has to bluff and sell same ticket for 100 pounds extra?
