All other services are provided as per commitment. Bisma madam has given full service by calling everyday. Prompt response everyday up to tour.
Our package was finalized and advance was given 45000. But the next day they said that they did not get the confirmation of hotel booking in Pahalgam and asked to choose another hotel. And 12500 rupees extra had to be paid.

I embarked on a 7-day Kashmir trip with my wife through Captain Holidays. The arrangements were fantastic, and the pricing was very reasonable. Mr. Dawar provided excellent support and stayed in constant touch throughout the journey. The hotel locations in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Srinagar were stunning. Our driver, Tahdil, was punctual and supportive and served as a helpful local guide. Grateful to Captain Holidays for a memorable journey!

Great experience. Very comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Booked a trip for 4 days three night. Stay was in different places all three days and was managed very well. Was a delight. I also paid a token amount and paid the remaining later but Dawar bro was super cool about it. Sim was also arranged the driver as normal sims dont work. I also lost my locket on the houseboat but I contacted Davar and he assured and it was also retrieved, but unfortunately we could not collect it. But then later he shipped it via a courier and it arrived safe and sound. Will recommend to everyone.
