What's Good: Gulmarg was best and hotel was also good sonamarg is also beautiful
What's Not Good: House boat was not what they actually showed. No privacy was there in houseboat. Shrinagar hotel was not good water was cold and when we asked for cold water they did not provide it and said pipe line got broke

They do not live upto their promise.
False promises and rude behaviour. They threaten you after writing a review.

When I inquired about the holiday package, I was in touch with Ms. Arooj. I received a dozen calls in a day, and I was quite impressed with the number of follow-ups, which led me to make the mistake of booking with Arooj instead of a Bangalore-based agent. However, after completing the payment, the experience took a negative turn. My messages and calls were no longer answered, and there was a clear lack of interest in serving the guests. I didn’t receive the hotel confirmation until one day before the trip started, and even then, I had to track down Ms. Nahida by calling the number listed on Google. She eventually shared the itinerary and hotel confirmation, and I received the driver's details just a day before the trip.
My initial concerns about dealing with an unknown agent were unfortunately confirmed. After the advance payment, the responsiveness dropped significantly. I had booked a gondola ride and the cable car and asked Arooj to cross-check if the dates matched the itinerary, but I received no response.
Upon arrival, we were provided with an ETOIS vehicle instead of the Ertiga I had booked, for which Arooj charged me INR 7,000 more in the package. The driver mentioned there was a starting issue with the Ertiga and assured me it would be available the next day. Given the exhausting 9-hour journey, including the 5-hour flight and the additional time spent traveling to the airport and waiting, I agreed. However, the next day, the same ETOIS vehicle arrived, and the driver informed me that the Ertiga was still not repaired and that I would receive a refund.
When I informed Arooj, instead of offering an apology, she questioned why I was bringing up the issue a day later and defensively claimed that the rates for ETOIS and Ertiga were the same. Her manipulative attitude was frustrating, but since the driver, Mr. Rafiq, was genuine and made us feel safe, I decided not to demand a refund and let the issue go.
Later, we traveled to Pahalgam, which is about 90 km away and takes around 2.5 hours. To my disappointment, I discovered that ABC Valley was closed. BC Valley had been closed since July 1st, and A Valley had been closed for the past four days. When I first inquired about the trip, I had informed Arooj that I was flexible with my travel dates, either in the first or last week of August. She didn’t mention anything about the Amarnath Yatra affecting tourist spots or suggest traveling in the last week of August instead. I’m not sure if it was due to her lack of knowledge or simply because she wanted to close the sale, but I ended up traveling all the way from Bangalore only to find that ABC Valley was closed upon our arrival in Pahalgam. The agency took no responsibility and didn’t offer any alternative plan. Instead, they suggested traveling to another district, which would have cost an additional INR 4,000.
In Pahalgam, there was heightened security due to the Amarnath Yatra. I had to get out of the vehicle with my 60-year-old parents for multiple security checks, where our luggage had to be screened, causing significant delays. What I had hoped would be a pleasant trip turned into a horrific experience.
Later, at Nigeen Lake, I had booked a houseboat. The agent didn’t even inform me that I had the option of taking a complimentary one-hour ride on either Dal Lake or Nigeen Lake. I only discovered this when I arrived to check in at Nigeen Lake. When I questioned the agent about why we weren’t informed, they rudely responded that in their 11 years of experience, no other tourist had ever asked them such a question.

Vey horrible (extremely bad) behaviour ,No co-operation, show something & provide something else.
They do not co-operate once you paid the money and will never ask for your experience during & after the tour. I will never recommend Breeze for my friends & Relatives.

Very budget friendly package. Good experience. Service was very good from the beginning. And the cab driver Amir was very helpful and supportive

They will not support you when you are in the middle of the tour. Mainly focused on just getting the booking and not good in customising. Don't expect any guiding from them after your booking is done most importantly if you are a first time traveller to Kashmir.
Please check the details about hotels yourself before booking with breezy travels.
They can't even negotiate properly with the hotel accomodation changes in case of medical emergency while on travel.

We had booked a 5 day trip to kashmir - Overall ot was a great experience. Our contact person Ms.Arooj customised our iternary very well to ensure that we don't miss out on any thing during this 5 days. Out guide / driver Mr.Rasik was very supportive through out the trip and helped us through out our stay for 5 days.
Thanks to Breezy travels especially Ms.Arooj & Mr.Rasikfor making our trip a memorable one.

The Breezy travels rep didn’t book the hotels as per my choice and also lied about their rating.
When told about , the illbehaved contact shouted at me and wanted me to go for my own bookings and paying the whole amount . Her tone was threatening , the arrangements regarding hotels bad and food substandard.

Nahida was a great coordinator. Highly recommended other travellers to take her help and plan. Great insight. Highly enjoyed.

Breezy travels is not breezy at all. Trust me all the review showing 4-5 stars are complete overstatement. I couldn’t rate them negative hence giving 1 star. Only worried about their money, unprofessional customer support and they will call you only to confirm their payments. Over promise and under deliver is what I experienced. Take my advice go through some trusted travel companies or book yourself, else you will find yourself fooled in the hands of these local travel agents.

It was a best and troubkefree experinece with Breezy travels. Nahida was very helpful from arranging pickup at the airport, booking best amoung the hotels, Covering up all the sights and dropping back. I would suggest to connect with them if you are willing for a trip to Kashmir.

Never go with breezy travels. They are a full you and do nothing but loot you. The travel agent Arooj is a big manipulator and a big liar. She doesn’t even have the courtesy to speak to the guests properly. She just keeps blabbering all the time and speaks very nicely until the money is paid but after that you are on your own. The drivers are highly untrained and ask a lot of personal stuff. The planning of the trip is also pathetic and complete misguiding. NEVER GO WITH THE HOTEL GOLDEN BEES which breezy travels suggests. It’s a house of someone and it’s better to sleep in a car rather than that hotel.

This was the worst experience I have ever had.
If you want peace of mind AVOID BREEZY TRAVELS and the travel consultant AROOJ. They are total incompetent, unprofessional and STUPID folks.

Overall great experience. We have booked our trip to Kashmir for 6 days with Breezy Travels Kashmir and we are very satiefied with all the arrangements made by them during our trips. Miss NAHIDA mam was our contact person from the Breezy Travels and she was very friendly and informative. Based on our requirements, she curated the package for us. Also whenever we had any issue, she helped in resolving that. We faced some issues with Hotel food and services during initial days of trip. But later it was resolved and we got good response to our queries. A great thanks for her for arranging such a amazing trip. Our cab driver/guide was Mr. ZUBAIR. He was really good and has all the knowledge of the local things. He guided us well throughout the trip. Due to which we had amazing trip. We really had a wonderful time during our visit to Kashmir. I will recommend Breezy Travels Kashmir to all who needs a hasslefree and peaceful trip experience. Hopefully will travel more with them in coming future. THANKS, BREEZY TRAVELS KASHMIR.

Roma from breezy Travels handled everything well for us. The hotels in Pahalgam and Gulmarg were good, because I gave them my personal options, but the house boat in Sri nagar was awful. Terrible service and average living conditions. The initial driver allocated to us was always late and during the course of our trip three drivers were changed and the vehicles used were very shabby. We were two couples with two kids and the ac hardly worked in our innova even though we were charged for the ac for the entire trip. Overall the trip was fine but could have been better if not for these two major problems.

Very well organizes trip. The hotels were good..n whenever we needed any support the counsellors were just a msg away..Rifat really helped us…only on the house boat part things have been a bit better but overall no complaints…

Of my life ever , they just need money and doesn’t care about your comfort enjoyment nothing , overall they did not support us when we stuck in pahalgam , driver was late the very first day for pickup , they always make excuses , my travel agent rifat was on leave , so the other treated me as i have done biggest mistake of my life while visting kashmir , agent name nahida, their manager and muskan vshe said u r not my customer i will not support u , and at the time of booking she did not inform about timings and rules . I m very upset with service , i have spent 50-60k and my money went wordt

the interaction and the support from Breezy travels is excellent. The way - Nahida from Breezy travels interacted and given support and guidance in making my travel to Amaranath as well Kashmir is excellent.
Khudos to nahida for her valuable guidance. I have got the good support and the facilities all exceptionally good except the Hotel Divine Inn at Sonmarg. The Divine Inn hotel response is very poor and Breezy travels should take up with their partner on this

This is my first Kashmir trip which has been organised nicely by Ms. Nahida. All places have been covered as mentioned in itinerary. Overall my huge thumbs up to Breezy travels

The trip was arranged very well. Though it was a bit cultural shock being two alone women travelling to Kashmir. But the tour agent, Nahida tried her best to make sure we are ok. The driver took us to the best of the restaurants, which waa all we wanted.
But, the stay at Pahalgam was really the worst. The manager of Sheshnag passed unpleasant comments. The linen were dirty, they were replaced after 3-4 calls. The room was like that of a servant quarter.
And because of the manager's behaviour we could not even complain.
To summarize, Kashmir was really beautiful and would have been perfect, if not for Pahalgam's Hotel.

We just concluded 5 N 6 Days trip to Srinagar/Kashmir got booked through “Breezy Travels”. Coordinating Executive Mam Mehak drew well thought out itinerary and ensured it’s smooth execution. She has handled every aspect v professionally with due courtesy. Except few minor omissions our trip may be described as “”Memorable”” and we place our appreciation for travel Agency- Breezy Travels and particularly their dynamic Executive Mam Mehak. All facilities,as planned,were provided. We were greatly impressed by her soliciting daily feed back. We wish her glorious success in her esteemed Carrier.

Excellent honeymoon trip made possible by Breezy Travels. The hotels and car during the trip were fantastic and delivered as committed during booking. You should be careful while booking rooms. Quantity of food in Houseboat should also be taken care. The car and the driver are good.

They quote me reasonable price for my Kashmir trip, My hotel was "City hill resort" near dal lake for 2 days, hotel and staff was Nice.

We had a wonderful 6 Day holiday trip in Kashmir. Trip was well planned in a reasonable price. Overall Hotels was Good except our Pahalgam stay at Hotel Outlook. Based on my experience I would recommend everyone to avoid Hotel Outlook. Hotels in Srinagar, Houseboat and Gulmarg was Good. Thanks to Breezy Travels for a great experience. Driver was also Good. Overall it was a wonderful experience in Kashmir.

The hotel at Pahalgam AS Resort has pathetic service. And the anarkali house boat has bad service. We mentioned our tour operator that we need centrally heated hotels. She promised to give that. But in the end except grand kaisar in Srinagar, all other hotels are pathetic

The trip was well planned by Nahida. She recommended really good hotels according to our liking and budget. She connected and helped us a lot. She checked in with us everyday and ensured great service. I recommend this travel agency for kashmir.

Overall trip was very good. Nahida (agent from breezy travels) was easily reachable and quick responsive. Driver she assigned was also helpful, responsive and punctual.

One suggestion that improvement can be made in houseboat booking because houseboat was not up to the mark.

We booked it from Breezy Travels, from day 1 Nahida has been a great help in terms of giving us options which is budget friendly to keeping into consideration our requirements and matching our needs.

We have had a flawless experience be it the hotel stays, road journeys or anything which was included in the package.

I would like to mention about the driver provided to us, he’s been great help and assistance to us. Mr. Nubru and the car was well maintained too.

Overall, we’ve had a beautiful trip with lots and lots of memories. There is not a thing we had a problem with and we absolutely look forward for north trip bookings through breezy travels in the future too.

They were extremely cooperative and were there at each step of the trip to offer support. Right from booking the trip till last day didn't face any issue with the services provided.
