I booked a package of manali and shimla for 6 days...as per itenary I booked a 4 star hotel in both manali and shimla...they picked me in delhi airport and too 17 hrs to reach manali..reached late night to the location. The hotel is located in far away from city but unfortunately that hotel was not in functional and then I spoke to blooming and they changed my hotel to some 2 star hotel and they charged me 2k extra. Then while traveling to shimla the same thing happened I reached location when I reached to that hotel they said your booking was not confirmed. And again they changed to some 3 star hotel and asked me 3xtra amount..I fighted with these guys and the manager from blooming himalaya is very rude. I will never recommend these guys...they will speak very nicely in the time of booking.

The tour was very good. Preparation of travels was as per expectation. Arrangements of hotels were very good & convenient. Food was outstanding in the hotel. Provided car was in very good condition & Driver was also polite. His drives very carefully specially on mountain areas, he always avoids rough driving. The driving was as per the exception.
