Our experience with Bidan was absolutely amazing. He picked us up in the Nairobi airport and we started our trip from there. Then, we went to Tanzania (Serengeti, Ngorongoro) and flew to Zanzibar. He was with us the whole time and made sure we were always comfortable and happy. I highly recommend his services. Plus: he takes the best pictures with his camera.

Booked a cruise to Nmemba Island through Black Willow Safaris. We dropped off at Nungwi beach and headed for the island. We met about 10-15 dolphins on the way there that I swam with. After we had snorkeled around the island and seen "Sandbank" we sailed back where we met 4 whales taking in air very close to the boat. Another amazing and beautiful experience.

These guys are the best. I have traveled with then thru Tanzania 2022 and Uganda 2023. Everything was first class, well priced and super safe. I provided dates and interests, and they provided a plan, hotels, transportation and guides making everything so easy. Bidin and Bruce communicate very well and keep us informed all along the way.

We are a family of 3 people and were very happy to experiment a 3days safari with our wonderful guide Bidan Everything was perfectly planned and organised. We stayed in comfortable lodgings and had great food. Everything was included in the package (entry-fees of the national parks, accommodation, food and water). The communication with Bidan was simple and fluent before and during our stay in Tanzania. As soon as we met we felt like family members and Bidan our guide did all he could to make us feel great, to please us and show us the most beautiful things (animals, landscapes, waterfalls etc.) Even though it was the rainy season in April, we managed to see lions, girafs, impalas, elephants and many more. Concerning the payment of the safari the good thing was that we could pay on arrival, so absolutely safe and without surprises. In conclusion, these 3 days with Bidan were rell the trip. We start from Dar Es Salam to go to Mikumi National Park. We traveled in a confortable 4×4, the perfect way to enjoy the road and to see all te were very lucky to see a lot of animals (lions, éléphants, buffalo, hippopotamus, girafes, baboons, impalas, etc). We also visited an authentic Masaï Village near Mikumi. The last day we went to Udzungwa to see the highest waterfall in National parks. After the trip our guide (Bidan) brings us back to the harbor to go to Zanzibar but you can choose where you want to go after the safari. The guide (Bidan) was always very kind and professional, we ate together every day and we spend good time with him. He did his best to see animals we wanted to see like lions. And he also help us to speak with the local people and to book our boat trip to Zanzibar. Conclusion: we recommend you BLACKWILLOW SAFARIS if you want to have a great safari tour in Tanzania and meet nice people.

We spent 3 days in Selous with Bidan: safari by boat then a full day in the park and walking safari. All was very well organised : Bidan came and pick us at our hôtel in Morogoro and then we went to Selous. We slept at Mloka Lodge with Bidan: this lodge is very great. Safari was also great : we saw a lot of animals specially girafe and one léopard. Bidan gave us a lot of informations about animals and his country, it was very interesting. We spent 3 good days with them.

All that was asked was delivered. Tanzânia is an expensive country and all safaris are quoted either in usd or euro. Bidan ,the owner, received us in Nairobi and all our 12 day safari( ngorogoro,serengeti Zanzibar) stood with us, check-in our wellfare. Loved the Journey. Tks Black willow Safari

They landed us on the beach selling us a safari for 3 people for 300 euros for all and we asked him several times if he was doing well with this rate , which he confirmed several times. We have given 150 euros deposit for 3 people. We had a payment receipt except that on this receipt there are written 900 dollars for 3 people and not 300 dollars. Arrived at the ferry, they asked us for the difference of 750 dollars, while for us we had to pay a sum remaining of 150 dollars. The brother of the manager sold us the service at 300 euros for 3 people and did not admit that he had lied to us. When I asked the manager to reimburse me 150 euros in advance he did not want. I strongly advise you against this agency that does not keep its word, that lies and steals. It is not a serious agency.

Very bad expérience. They stole us money, they tell us 90 dollars per person for à safari, and next to the ferry for dar es salam, they tell us 300 per person. We had already pay 50 dollars per person ( advance payment), but we couldn't retrieve m'y money !!! They just let us on the road in stone town.
