Ladakh Trip Cancelled & No Refund

We had booked Ladakh Trip all ladies 12 members to have some break after all this COVID situation, We had plans to travel on 10th July & reach back on 15th July 2021 . Our Total Package cost was 4, 16, 904 .
We also booked the airlines from them so that all were managed by the travel & we have less things to manage.
We discussed & booked all these in and around 17th March 2021 & we had also discussed if in case any on this COVID situation then they would help us even cancel the booking.
As May 2021 approached we saw the 2nd wave being very badly hit in Karnataka & saw many lock downs, hence decided to cancel.
We updated the same to the agent 1st week of May. Till date we haven't received our refund amount .
Also to add even the flight charges we have not received, we have been told Flight cancellation charges itself would be 5800 PP & the other 5K PP that we paid for other booking will not be reimbursed at all.
We understand during COVID many Travel agents are facing issues, hence we did keep quite for almost 2 months now. But now we see that they are not at all cooperative, Raising Consumer complaint on the same.
All consumers please have all data documented on mail else this Travel agent will take you for a ride .
In this group some work & some are homemakers, These people should not cheat, on top of that during this lockdown many would have planned for some or other reason, majorly for a break to have some stress free time.
Booking with this agent has added extra stress from past 2 months, following up & best to receive the amount.
