Good customer service and suggestions from the Bharat journey representative.
1. Sea Lord hotel @ kochi - need to improve the conditions of rooms (bit smelly when I enter the rooms) and aircon condition must be improve as well.
2. House boat and transportation at allepy looks high price compared to local price. Please look into that area.

Good interaction to understand the need. Reasonable in pricing. Constant follow ups during the trip to make it successful. I am fully satisfied with the services and special thanks to Prasant.

Bharat Journey provided the transportation service during my trip to Delhi and Agra. I had a pleasant journey with them.

Prashant from Bharat Journey was very helpful calling me in the UK before my trip to discuss itinary and provide a detailed quote. The tour and accommodation was well planned. Om our driver was skilful in chaotic traffic and flexible with taking us exactly where we needed to visit, very helpful and friendly. Our tour around the sights of Jaipur was made even more enjoyable with the efforts of our tour guide Vipin who was very knowledgeable about the ancient buildings, observatory and historical facts. A fantastic visit to India.

Organizing is very poor. just arranged the car for the trip. they told they will receive at Cochin air port and give the itinerary with welcome snacks. but no body attended except the car driver. booked the trip with 4 star hotel. But arranged 3 star hotel at Munnar. They have not bothered whether the hotel is booked or not. when we go to hotel at Munnar the taxi driver dropped and gone. The hotel was not booked on my name. then we have to wait for 30min to confirm to call the concerned. Very bad experience in the 1st day of the trip.
Driver is also not belongs to bharat journey. they have sub contract from some rent a car. he is so-so.

overall the arrangements are poor and i will not recommend the Bharat journey.

It was a customizer tour. The hotel's were good but the vehicle was not very comfortable.

I was happy overall but the tour guide in Jaipur was disappointing.
The train ride from Agra to Jaipur was cancelled and I had to pay extra for getting a driver to transport us

Awesome tour at Agra. Delhi and Jaipur tour not as expected, disappointed and not satisfied. Anyhow, Bharat Journey did their best.
