Azlan Holidays

I was on honeymoon with my wife for cochin,munnar and alleppy.

Overall trip was fine but felt bored as there is some fun and adventures missing in the package.
Some facilities had been compromised.

Though we are closer to India, and earlier we have ourselves arranged our tours ourselves, thinking it will be cheap and economic, and as we are familiar with languages of Tamilnad. In late October 2012, we with our sister-brother in law family, thought for a change to tour Kerala during Onam Month. There are our friends in Sri lanka and India, who will help is to plan the trip and make arrangements, we thought that we will handover the hassles and troubles of arrangements of Hotel stay, traveling, Itinerary organizing to a travel agent, and through Internet, we contacted you.
You gave us three or more agents, but only Azlan Holidays, promptly responded on 10th May 2013.. Others were late. This may be due to our trip planned being in September. Of all those responded, From the word 'GO" Azlan Holidays Mr Anil's approach, suggestions, adaptability to customers, flexibility, patience shown towards our never ending, persistent queries and doubts are excellent. By 22nd July, after 60 odd emails exchanged within 2 1/2 months, Mr Anil gave the final "confirmation received from all hotels" The charges were also reasonable and fair.
These correspondence gave us the good faith in the Azlan Holidays, especially the reliability, confidence shown when I personally talked few time with Mr Anil, we without any hesitation, by pass the 'part payment' booking, and paid the whole expenses, before we arrived in Kerala.
From the time our arrival, Mr Anil, personally took care of us, looked after our comforts, till we left. His Drivers Mr. Praveen, and Mr Jobie were well chosen by Mr Anil, They are polite, helpful and adating to the circumstances, sleeping in the icy cold weather in the vehicle, even when we offer them to provide accommodation at our expense, they were politely refusing.
The Hotels arranged were mostly excellent, but in some places because of the ONAM festival, deficient of staff which is understandable.
Finally, on the whole we had memorable, unforgettable, comfortable Kerala Tour. Thanks to Trip crafters and Azlan Holidays. We will not hesitate to recommend you all for our friends and relations. Special thanks on behalf of our members to Mr Anil.-Dr Arul Dr Ravi, Chithra, Jothy

First of all I would like to thank Anil from Azlan Travels for arranging such a wonderful tour for me. Me and my wife are really impressed. I know how important are these reviews for all the surfers. I recommend Azlan Travels to everybody who want to travel to Kerala. These guys have very good contacts with the hotels and the places.

I wouldn't dare to forget mentioning about the driver. We had a AC Indica arranged for our tour and the driver was fantastically good and well spoken. He showed us all the places with great spirit and enthu. I loved this trip and would like all my friends to travel with the help of Azlan Travels.

I really had a nice and affordable trip with Azlan Holidays.
Payment was made easy. No pressure by the driver( Mr Ajith) at any point of time.
Only set back was the journey to each place which isn't the company's fault. The best in this trip was the food and the driver assigned to us.
Mr Anil also made it a point to call me and inquire about any faults which I did not have any. He even wished me good bye and followed up after my trip.
