Worst experience ever had . Unprofessional people and Unprofessional behaviour , They are just to take funds from people. On 1st Feb trip was planned from Mumbai to Bali . On 1st Feb 11:30am agent Ravi called and informed trip is cancelled as Flight is cancelled and when we check flight schedule it was available on time. Harman senior called and informed that he will reimburse entire amount and post that he didnt respond on call and till 15days Post that he committed amount will refunded before Feb month end and again borrowe time till 15march and started avoiding calls . I called him on 17th March he texted that it will take 2more days and Post that least bothered to revert or respond call.

The trip for Dubai was arranged by Avidfly Vacations. Mr Sahil coordinated with out most professionalism and we enjoyed the vacation in a excellent way. The hotel Hues Boutique, Dubai was very nice with nice food and comfortable staying alongwith well behaved staff. The vehicles provided were new and high class . The tour was at par with the itenary. Thanks Sahil and his team for managing the remarkable trip. Looking forward for Avidfly for our future ventures.

The trip was arranged beautifully. We are adults but had no problem in travelling to foreign country alone without our children as everything arranged so good. I also recommend my friends and family members to avail their services

Very very bad experience . They suddenly cancelled our hotel for 29th and 30th December . We had to book hotels at super premium prices at the last moment being new year time . Also their owner told me that these things happens and they are not responsible for the same . They refunded the money of the cancelled booking in Feb 2023 almost after 2 months and multiple follow ups .

Very well planned and trustworthy. Mrs. Vaishali kaushal handled our query and helped us alot. Thank u avidfly.

Not good experience and they don’t have business ethics

I am very pleased with all the arrangements made by Avidfly. We had a very pleasant stay in Singapore.However, we wanted a direct flight back to Delhi. Rest we enjoyed out stay there. We had a memorable holiday.

Very poor service and not reply and poor coordination pathetic service

My in-laws booked a Maldives package with Avidfly. Ms. Vaishali was our agent.
She was very patient & helpful, gave us good resort options to choose from.
The vacation was also smooth & everything was as expected. Will definitely recommend Avidfly to others.

This agency is not sticked with their commitment. In my case, initially I have fixed the package and accordingly full payment has been made. But before 7 days of commencement of my trip, they called and told me that there is some issues with flight and they had suggested some alternate days for start of trip and also increased amount of Rs. 22000/- for flight booking. Before a day of commencement of trip, they shared the final itinerary where they provided 3 star hotel at Kuta in place “Fairfield by Marriott “ which was in our package.
Also in flight meal was not provided by the agency.
Worst experience.

Overall it was good experience with Avidfly however country specific requirements knowledge can be improved.

Avidfly organized our Singapore trip very well through out itinerary from receiving at airport till dropping off back to Airport. They have tailored the package as per our requirements in affordable price.

During our stay and day to day itinerary, they were reachable all the time. They have covered all major attractions in Singapore. All the trip information was communicated to us on timely basis. They have made sure we are okay all the time during our trip.

All the transfers from hotel to sight seeing and back to hotel were on time without any delay.

I want to specially thank Ms Vaishali, Mr Raman, Mr Harman, Mr Ilankavi and the rest of ground team for all the support and making it a memorable trip. I am looking forward to plan my future trips with Avidfly.

Excellently handled tour within budget with best hotels included

I made my family tour from 28.03.2020 to 02.04.2020 and I paid for this tour Rs.1,32,0000.booked this tour for myself with three family members (a total of four passengers). I paid Avidfly Vacations Rs 1,32,000 (71,196 for air ticket+60804 for hotel and land package) for this tour. Due to the worldwide coronavirus pandemic, the flight was canceled and this tour was not completed.  I sent Avidfly Vacations several times e-mails to refund my paid amount ie 1,32,000. but to date, I did not get any amount from this travel company. So I request you to help me to refund my amount soon.

I travel to Thailand from 11 Jan to 18 Jan 2020 along with my friend to three cities with Avidfly Vacation ,nice services provided at reasonable rate specially our tour coordonater Miss.Neha courtesy is very good ,only problem we faced at Phuket SM Resorts the room allotted not so good but next day changed the room , Otherwise it was nice tour with Avidfly Vacation.

Avidfly vacations had arranged my Singapore and Malaysia 8 days during August 2019 from Kochi and return . I had a good experience and they kept their promises and tour was arranged as detailed in their tour agreement and plan.
Singapore hotel was good enough and but at Malaysia I was not that satisfied with the hotel (the hotel was good but the room which their sub-agent provided and the service was not that good) . Also if entry tickets are provided well in advance then we would find more comfortable. In totality I can say they are reliable , customer friendly , helpful at all time whenever we have any issues. So would definitely recommend if anybody is looking for a tour package.
