Very bad experience from this team. We had booked package for 6 day Tawang trip. They will send you the itinerary with good hotel options and changed it at the last moment without even consulting us. We had paid extra amount for changing the hotels , but still money wasted and no changes provided . Very rude experience from the service person , who was very humble and helping till she gets the money . Do not choose them , they will be very professional until we pay the package fee, and don’t care to attend the call , when we raise an issue

We had booked tawang tour for 6 days None of hotels mentioned in itenary while booking were actually allocated to us..all 4 hotels were changed and we were not informed until the day 1 of our trip..3 hotels provided were not up to mark and one of them was a nasty lodge...also they never checked with the hotels on our booking or arrival.we had to wait for 30 mts after reaching hotel at 5.30 pm ,as the hotel staff said room wasnt booked.had to make multiple calls to these guys on this...on asking why such bad hotels were given they just give random lousy replies like room wasnt available,property is suddenly shut,construction work going on...i just couldnt understand how come all 4 hotels mentioned in itenary have sudden issues..i also personally checked on one of the properties earlied mentioned in itenary,to my surprise it was fully functional and available. We just realized good hotels are mentioned while booking just to lure customers and once payment is done ,some random hotel is allocated. They dont bother to inform you or apologize. Our point of contact just cut our call stating they cant keep track of all customers as they have many people to tend to.though contacted their manager to inform about the poor customer service,dint hear any response from him aswell. I would suggest better to go with more proffesional service provider.

They are very kind and customer friendly. Mr Hari Singha is very efficient and courteous to customers and makes everyone feel at home in his presence. He is a very rare positive personality

Their service is mostly for domestic tour especially North East India, If you want to enjoy real North East tour then Asian Holidays & Expedition is perfect for you with good rate . They have their own vehicle to tour North East India .
