I had a really bad experience with this Agency. I had a talk with Mr. Abhishek. Initially there was Dolphin Discovery in my package that I wanted. But there is a clear difference between Dolphin Discovery and Dolphin Encounter. I asked like 2-3 times over call and whatsapp text also if he has added dolphin discovery. He said Yes. I paid advance of 10K to proceed further for Visa Process. Even after giving advance I again asked the same as I was confused - cos what they had mentioned in itinerary was- "Dolphin Discovery - Basis Dolphin Encounter". That was really confusing. I asked 4-5 times again after giving advance amount. after wasting 1.5 month, he told me if you want dolphin discovery then pay 19000 more cos the name is dolphin discovery but your package is for encounter and not discovery. He denied his mistake and asked me to take back the visa documents and also asked to pay for sending my Visa documents by courier. We don't even have time to book package with other agency. Visa cannot be processed in time now and they also have our 10k amount as advance. Such a pathetic company with worst people in their company. I will surely sue this company after getting my refund as I have all the call recordings and Text messages of that guy with me.

Had booked Holiday package to Singapore in August 2025. Travel Incharge was Jyoti. Had a wonderful experience. Services were as advised. Any queries were attended immediately. Only suggestion is that ASAP Should try and provide flexi Check in Check out at hotels. As being agents providing regular business to hotels, they could use their influence. Transfers, payment Visa etc were all handled well.

I had a bad experience with ASAP Holidays. Their drivers dont text until the last minute or till you ask about the details of what time they are going to come to drop. Neha - the sales person at ASAP Holidays is all sweet till you pay after which her responses get comparatively formal and cold. If you miss your dinner or forget to show up even when it's a genuine reason, they wont reimburse you or help you out by compensating. Also they make 0 exceptions because of which the entire travel experience which is supposed to be leisure gets very stressful. Their be on time rules are stricter than those you have in your examination halls. A few minutes late and their assigned driver will be gone. If you are unable to find the destination for lunch/ dinner and contact them to help you out, their team will be just as clueless as you. So if you are planning a trip via Asap Holidays be cautious and do check the itinerary they provide very properly. They are running a travel company but basic things like hospitality and warmth is missing. I had travelled internationally for the first time with my mom and I so regret choosing them. This is an honest review. I run a creative agency named Storiyaan and I do very well understand the service business as we deal with Indian clients too but for us our customer satisfaction/ retention is highest priority.
