The tour was conducted so nicely. Transport, accommodation and food was beyond our expectations. The hospitality which we received at all levels by local guide Namgay, the driver, by various staff at all restaurants, hotels where we stayed was extremely good. We enjoyed very homely atmosphere everywhere.

Local guides, chauffeur were excellent, made sure we ticked everything on the itinerary and went out the way to arranges river bank lunch. The cultural exchanges with guide and locals will remain an enriching experience of a lifetime.
Our main contact Anila, could do with slightly better communication even while chalking out trip details and accommodating some requests while on the trip. We ended up contacting her frantically just hours before our itinerary started for driver and other details.

The Guide she provided was having indepth knowledge of Bhutan and was very helpful and so was the Driver. Hotels,she selected for our stay were all in best location and with homely staff. In short we all are thankful to Ms Anila for such a memorable visit of Bhutan

We had booked a 10 nights 11 days trip to Sikkim , Dargiling, Gangtok through Arshia Tour And Travels. It’s Manager Miss Anila mam is very good ,organized all things very well. Trip was really amazing & memorable. The package was quite reasonable. It covered all the local sight -seeing areas along with famous areas .We have very good experience with Anila mam. In 2020 Our first tour of Bhutan With Arshia Tour and Travels ,that time we got best service from anila mam. That’s why this is our second tour with Anila mam . The tour was very comfortable , Everything was well planned & the overall trip was enjoyable. Service was good, driver was also cooperative, All hotels were clean and neat with good Food And service. Overall nice trip. And Miss Anila mam Is Very Good Tour Manager , her Nature is so kind , she attain each and every call and help prpperly. We had booked a tour with her to Bhutan which she offered at a good price but due to PM Modi's visit there were some issues with immigration and trip could not materialise, she being a thorough professional refunded our money excluding air ticket which I believe is a very good gesture. If I plan a trip in future will definitely go with her.
