Driver is good enough than Arihant and mediator.
Hello All,
Please don't trust this agency(especially women's safety is not there) and its 5-star reviews.
when we were traveling I gave a low review because we went in an auto from one restaurant to Madurai temple which cost extra for us, no Bluetooth connection in that car, and the driver didn't lift the call in between.

For that this agent Arihant is scolding us very badly about our genuine review and asking us to change the review.

They stopped the car at highway were nobody is there at 6:30 - 7:00 pm and asking remaining total payment of 10k to start the car or they told to choose another cab and leave. We only 3 women and 1 younger brother travelling.

After paying 5k the driver started the car and Again they stopped the car on Trivandrum highway at 9:30 pm and place is so dark no one is there and some people from that agency came to ask for the remaining 5k, we are 3 women and they are 3 fighting with us and saying don't take any video about the situation. That Arihant is not at all compromising, we said would pay the balance amount in the morning after temple darshan.
After so much time arihant said to change the review or pay 5k to start the car and by forcefully we change the review to 5.
This Is how they are getting 5 star reviews, please don't trust.

They did not give the list of itinerary places before payment, 1 day before we reached there shared very few places and said you can ask to the driver about places he would take wherever you want.
When we wanted to visit one place in Trivandrum, they said that place was not in your list and you should pay extra 1500 to visit that place, so paid 1300 extra and visited.
This is how they are doing business.

The last hotel which they gave is OYO, that is worst while we are going to richest temple how can they provide OYO for us.

For Them their reviews are important but not women's safety.

I book a International package for Honeymoon to Bali with them. I found them on justdial. Their prices are little bit expensive in comparison of others but they gave excellent services. During the trip they are continuously in touch with me through WhatsApp and just a call away if I require them. Amazing services experience. I recommend them in future.
