Amazing Uttarakhand

The journey was good. Thank you for everything. There were some problems during the journey. But Varsha solved the problem.

Perfectly organized trip for haridwar and rishikesh. Ms. Neha was in a continuous touch with us throughout the trip. Hotels provided were neat and clean and food was also great. Hotel staff were cooperative and my overall experience was good.
A big thanks to Ms Neha for organizing a wonderful trip.

Pre-sales till booking is really very good. Once we reached Haridwar they had provided Old Innova Car with AC not working. Most of the hotels are of actually of Dharmashala type they provided. They changed hotels without my consent. The Hotel halt was almost 25 to 30 kms away from the main centres take more time to drive to and fro. The driver was horrible. Do not speak or guide and help us to plan the next day trip or a darshan at each location. The tour planning was cumbersome and hectic and involved too much travel in a day as hotels were much away from the main temple location except Badrinath. They promised small halt at Mussoorie while going but driver changed the route without our consent giving a false reason of traffic Jamm We also missed Rudra Prayag and Rishikesh while returning (Driver escaped for 2 hours at Badrinath)

In every department (Car, Driver, Hotels, Planning and Guide), they failed miserably. The only objective of the company to make money by giving high promises and delivering nothing. You may get 5 * rating from some other travellers but my personal experience is really VERY VERY BAD experience with AMAZING UTTRAKHAND.

NEVER TRAVEL WITH AMAZING UTTRAKHAND

Arrangements are very good like hotels,cab.they arrange the days very well.peoples are very cooperative.

The follow up till booking was good. Once we reached Haridwar they had changed my hotels as well halt location without my consent. The halt was almost 25 to 30 kms from the main centres. The driver was horrible as he was interested to make us halt at his preferred locations and hotels. Though the hotels were simple the hospitality was good...special mention to Hotel Prince at Navgaon and Bhagirath palace at Uttarkashi. The tour planning was cumbersome and hectic and involved too much travel in a day. They could have made our trip more memorable if they could have avoided the last moment hickups. Also the jungle camp at Rishikesh is not tecommended for a family during weekends.

It was an owesm experience with amazing Uttrakhand.
Before and after services are best from them.
I had consulted with miss sonali and mr mohit... Well managed whole trip.
Day by day follow ups... If any issues thn instantly solved by them...
We had kept lots of unforgettable memories and experience
