Alhamdulillah, my family and I recently completed our Umrah journey with a group of 8, and we couldn’t be more grateful for choosing Al Safaa Travels and Tours. From the very beginning, their dedication and attention to detail were outstanding. They took care of every step, allowing us to focus fully on our worship without any worries. Our Umrah guide was a true blessing, a knowledgeable moulavi with over 35 years of experience in both Hajj and Umrah. His wisdom and deep understanding of Islamic history added so much meaning to our journey. He shared powerful stories at each holy site, bringing the places and rituals to life and helping us feel a deep spiritual connection. The travel’s support throughout was remarkable. They even provided medical assistance when needed, which made us feel safe and truly cared for. The hotel accommodations were clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the holy mosques, making it easy for us to focus on prayers and ibadah. Transportation was smooth and always on time, with respectful and friendly drivers. One suggestion I’d like to make is to consider offering a guided hike to the Cave of Hira (if it is possible), especially for younger pilgrims who are able to make the climb. This sacred place, where the angel Jibreel (alaihi salaam) first revealed the Quran to Prophet Muhammad (salallahu alaihi wasallam), would be a wonderful addition to the experience. Offering a chance to pray two rakats of sunnah there would allow pilgrims to connect even more deeply with Islamic history. Overall, this agency made our Umrah a truly unforgettable, peaceful, and fulfilling experience. They were caring, organized, and devoted to making sure every detail was perfect. Insha Allah if i get a chance to perform another Umrah definitely i will contact this team. I highly recommend them to anyone considering Umrah. May Allah reward their team for all their hard work. Overall Experience is Outstanding. But there are certain aspect that need to improve.as following, 01. Elah the bay - food 02.Code of conduct between pilgrim should not disturb pilgrims unnecessary _ need to take action to stop them 03. Hazrath explanations, Dua, Lead is not sufficient when we compare with other groups
