Very average Europe trip in July 2019

It was a mixed bag. The tourist guide took the group to Disneyland and dropped us there. He returned to Paris and was not to be found in the evening. We were in a foreign country and did not speak the local language. The signs were posted in French. Most of us were lost and had to walk for 4-5 kilometers in search of the coach. The gate by which we had entered was closed and we had to leave by another gate for lack of guidance and clarity. Finally we had to hire a taxi and pay 80 Euros which was not just an inconvenience but also an avoidable expenditure.
The coach had more than 30 people in it, including ladies, children and senior citizens. There was a WC in the coach but it was not made available to the passengers despite repeated requests from many guests. This was rude and a downright violation of human rights, especially as some of the drives were up to 3 hours non-stop.
Hotel Thessoni Home in Zurich for 3 days was very basic with extremely poor breakfast. I will not use Aeronet again and will not recommend it to my friends. Or to you.

I am extremely thankful to Aeronet holidays for such a nice trip covering Pattaya and Bangkok taking all due care for us as senior Most senior citizens.
We are more than satisfied with hotels provided in both places, food in breakfast were awesome with wide varieties.
I extend my sincere thanks to the tour guide at Pattaya Mr Ashok for his respectful behavior and personal care to take us around the city.
Our all transfers were arranged privately. Tour guides in all sightseeing trips were very amicable.
Overall it was a grand trip excellently organised by Aeronet. Thanks to Aeronet holidays.
