Our trip to Kerala with my family was planned by Aadam Holidays Pvt Ltd by the travel agent Subhas,

It's was horrible trip firstly the provided driver Santhosh Nilmbur was so rude person, had very rash driving, was not at all interested in guiding any location, nor ready to listen our basic instructions......

When we asked to change the drive with subhas due to the repeated misbehaviour of Santhosh, initially he agreed to change the driver, later he himself refused we can't change and started misbehaving with us..and also threatened us to make to immediate payment to avoid any stoppage in holiday package services.

When we refused not agreed there immediate balance payment, Subhas's reporting manager Swati had called and started threatening us to drop me with my family on road incase I don't make immediate payment to their driver.

Swati didn't stop post just threatening us, but she instructed driver to stop the car on the lonely lane where no vehicle was found between munnar and Thekkady location.

We were forced to get down from car with our kids... Seriously I felt to do police complaint against such driver and holiday agent, who force us to agree their terms and condition.

Swati and subhas had forced me to continue my trip with such type of driver who was really too rude and totally non corporative driver, also forced me to make immediate payment to driver Santhosh.


Further While checking in Thekkady hotel, the hotel reception refused to provide checkin since Swati had instructed them not to provide check in to us, untill we share the online payment details which we made to driver with them.

Just for kids I had make the payment to that driver since I didn't want to spoil my kids mode and planned holiday.

But it's really unprofessional behaviour this holiday service providers had to force the client and try to agree there own terms in service as well to continue your tour with such driver, even though you like it or not.

At Alleppey location we just left the driver and preferred to board the train from Alleppey instead of having rash driving with such unprofessional driver and risk our life during vacation with family.

We also had to bear additional 2000/- to board the train from Alleppey instead of Ernakulam station.
Driver was so shameless he didn't even ask us why we are board train from Alleppey when the planned drop is at Ernakulam station

With my experience I strongly recommend please don't not use Aadam Holiday pvt ltd service at all.

There no negative stars else I would have given that too

This is worst trip I went to my honeymoon and when I enter the room that was worst condition door mat was dirty soars was dirty curtains was dirty bed was broken and they said they give us honeymoon cake bed decoration and candle light dinner we waited for this and when we ask for adam executive nikita she said we will arrange by tmrw.. we said ok again tmrw not happen she said we don’t rcv flower truck all this rubbish thing she said to us if you give package to someone u should have all the arrangement before they reached you we bought package from nikita all days we stay in one room only that driver who spouse to take us for tour he said I am not able to come today because in manali snow fwall is too much then next day we continue called him he didn’t recived our call then we called nikita she said car doesn’t go on tour you should arrange another vechiles which is worth rupees 6 thousand for one day if car is not able to go for tour hotel should have another options for their client our honeymoon was worst just because or adam holiday and I saw so many Clint in that hotel all was very disappointed because driver was not came on pickup point do pick up we also facing same thing first we hire another car from other location to volvo point we gave 2000 for this the once we reached then driver had come he should come wher volvo drop us all thing are very bad adam holiday is worst and worst we invest our money with very worst travel team specially nikita she don’t know how to deal with client Pathetic people we left before one day because there is no mean to stay in worst hotel o would say dirty hotel no cleaniness all thing was in very bad condition and nikita worst then that she only said ok sir ok mam that’s is she not doing proper work

These service is managed by gully people's and they are very cheap.They force you to pay full money and then they don't provide the services..Police should take action against these guys and arrest such type of gangs who are running these services in the names of holidays.

I request everyone to be alert before to book this service.

They will destroy whole od your trip and it may have risk of your life if you are travelling with any female.

Staff has such guts to call customer n talk rubbish.Must say avoid choosing such annoying people.Trips are for relaxation not for pathetic encounters with such people who dont know in which industry they are working.

The tour was well organised and excellent support provided by Aadam Holidays. The resort, rooms, food, staff, housekeeping services, pickup & drop facilities etc... everything was beyond expectations.

I was told that if you come to Delhi station at ten o'clock, if our train picks you up at 10:00 station, instead of picking you up at seven o'clock in the evening, show us the photos and the booking time you will get at the hotel. Not found and not even good to eat and after landing at the station in Delhi, if we call those people, the phone is not even received, so please don't let anyone go for a walk, first show good, then nothing happens. The ones who have given advance money and the little money that we have given for the car, we keep going, so please join hands and request no one to make a booking. Bad Management

We went to manali through Adam holidays in the month of Feb 2021. They had arranged an excellent tour with the customized package as per our requirements. Hotels were really good and the food was excellent. Everything during the trip was very well organized whether it be hotel accommodation, hotel food, rented car or other services. Anjani mem was constantly in touch with us and took care of our travel. Excellent and exceptional service with customer satisfaction. Our special thanks to Javed bhai and Anjani mem for their commandable customer support. We had a great and memorable honeymoon!

only one suggestion :- The hotel provided in Jaisalmer is not up to the mark as well food quality and service provided is not good.
Request you to change the same in next future to avoid further conplaints.

We are very disappointed by the travel arrangements provided by Wow Holiday Group and want to share our experience

We booked a trip trip to Kerala (Munnar and Aleppy) for 13 members.

The vehicle provided was not at all goof for travel. It is very old and cannot take the load of 13 passengers. Back ac was not working so we had to turn it off entirely and open windows. While paying airport parking itself the vehicle stopped. Some of us had to get down and push the vehicle to start. We were completing 3 hr drive in 4 hrs. The vehicle did not have any pickup. Munnar is a hill station with lots of hills. The vehicle was not suitable to carry us along the ups and downs. Our hotel was down the hill. Driver was not willing to bring us back and forth from hotel. At the end, some of us were walking up the hill and getting on.

To top all of our disappointments, the driver was very rude and commercial. He was taking us to places where he would get his commission not to places of interest. As soon as we landed in Munnar we asked him to suggest places to visit. Can you believe what he told? Chocolate factory and Saree factory! No where found on internet! Even after saying we are not interested he took us to chocolate factory which was nothing but a small chocolate store.

And finally, We asked for a resort in Aleppy. Wow holidays advised, house boat is better than a resort. We took their advice. House boat was disgusting. He gave us a 1.5 hr round in the river and it was parked the whole time; squished between two other house boats. No views and disappointing atmosphere and ambiance. Lights and ac are turned on/off by turns (if bedroom is on, seating area is off). We had to request the staff every time we moved in the house boat. There were cockroaches, ants and other insects. The toilets were stinking with no ameneties like soap, towel, sheets, etc. Food cooked for lunch was not enough for all of us.

The only good thing was Hotel Parakkat which we requested for after paying 40k upgrade fees. I can't imagine what would be our trip if we had gone with the hotel booked by Wow Holiday Group.

I am very disappointed by Wow travels arrangements. I would never recommend it to anyone. We pay huge amounts and squeeze time from our schedule to have a good vacation but travels like this ruin it for all.

It was very good experiance trip for us. Arranged best vehicle, rooms and main thing the driver also very intaracted good with us. Select wow holiday group for ur best trip

We feel very glad to share our views on our Andaman Tour arranged from 11.04
.2018 to 17.04.2018. Our customized tour was organized by Wow Holidays Group.
Intially we had a thought that we would visit places in a mechanical manner just
like our previous experiences with other travel agencies. But, things were
totally different. Arrangements were excellent. Time Keeping was very good.
Vehicle drivers were on time and friendly . They gave clear picture about what
we were intended to see. There was no confusion at all. Our stay at hotels were
comfortable. Andaman tour was totally a lifetime impressive one.
We got, especially, necessary and timely informations about our tour from
Sangeetha Madam. She was in touch with us continuously and cleared our doubts
patiently. We thank her specially and Wow holidays for nicely arranged Andaman Tour
for us. We do prefer Wow in future and may suggest our LIC friends and collegues to
go with Wow holidays.
