We did our Kenya tour from 10th july to 17th july 2024. We have done many tours with 365 tours before and as usual this trip was excellent. Mr.Jai took extra efforts to make our plans which was smooth. we thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip and find no negatives whatsoever. Food , accomadation, vehicle, driver, receiving us at the airport till drop off was seamless and we faced no issues at all. Will definitely recommend 365 tours very strongly. In fact our whole family and even the newly added extended family use 365 tours extensively and we very honored to recommended them. My rating 5/5

We had booked 365 Tours several months ago and were quite impressed with the amount of detail and professionalism shown by Jai and his crew. Due to a couple of missed connections, we were delayed by a day. 365 Tours sent another individual to promptly pick us up and made our whole transfer to rejoin our group so painless and seamless. We had a fantastic time and forgot our initial hiccup. We had an excellent staff member - Timothy, who took us on several game drives and was extremely knowledgeable about the species. The places - Ol Pajerta, Nakuru and Masai Mara were each unique and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The food was mouthwatering and there were plenty of choices for vegetarians. This trip was extremely memorable and 365 Tours went above and beyond in making it so. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Kenya. We would definitely think about using them for any other trips around the world.

We did the 8days safari organized by 365 tours. Jai was very professional, customer focused always willing to tailor the trip to our needs. Jai has an extremely good tour operator on the ground in kenya. our tour guide (timothy) was extremely good, always on time, very knowledgeable, always going above and beyond. Timothy made our safari very memorable. I will strongly recommend jai and 365 tours. I will definitely use 365 tours for other vacation destinations.

As a travel buff, I have been to many places within and out of India, my home country; but by far the best vacation was my trip to Kenya. 100% credit goes to @365_tours who had planned every detail with personal interest and care. I travelled to Egypt through 365 tours in Nov. 2022 and had such an amazing experience that I am short of words to write a review but my trip won't be justified if I don't do so. I had a hectic work schedule just before the trip and all I did as part of planning was keep sharing whatever Jai is asking for, . The way things were planned and shared in detail, the way everything was taken care of at each step just made me develop more and more trust that it's going to be an amazing experience and so it turned out to be. The follow up was done right, safety measures and precautions were well taken care of, stay-food-transportation- guides all sorted. Travel with fun was ensured with 3 days on Nile River cruise. I just finished a 9 day tour of vietnam and Cambodia. I must share that , the whole tour was well planned , discussed about ,organized , and executed well by Jai of 365. He is a solid pro in this space and always available for your at all stages of the tour planning to execution ...Kudos to him and team . Vietnam and Cambodia exp : The huge limousine, well appointed hotels and the quality of the private tour guides were of high order.. When I wanted to make a few changes in my plan at these locations, Ms Aurora Tours, vietnam also responded well Overall if one seeks a very personal scheduling st foreign locations , I recommend, 365 big time.. Loved it...Plan Ning the next one with them in about 4 months.
