I am from Kerala and for himachal trip, I contacted tripcrafters with enquiry and Imperial Journey team contacted me with the best tour plan. They arranged an itenarary according to my requirements and also suggested places. I travelled with my husband and 2.5 years old kid. This is our first visit to Himachal. It was perfect time to experience snow and we really enjoyed the trip. Manali was the best spot and then the Golden temple.

There was no issues during our travel. Only Delhi hotel was not so very good but other two were very good. Driver is polite and silent person. All the way he drove very comfortably. Both guides were very helpful. Overall,we are happy.

Recently we went to Bhubaneswar with karanji. He arranged for us a fantastic tour. We had amazing experience with imperial journey. Karanji is really very helpful and cares us us until we back to our land. He arranged the tour beyond my budget with first class treatment. Hotels he recommended was superb. From starting to plan this trip with Karan from Imperial Journey, through to finishing my trip with the last two days in Delhi, after seeing the Golden Triangle, everything went 100% smooth. As a first time solo traveller in India (and a female) I felt completely safe all the time. Devender was an excellent, safe driver, giving interesting information as we travelled and each and every guide was well-spoken and knowledgeable. The hotels were so well chosen. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone travelling to India. They treated me like a queen.

Everything that was requested was fulfilled. Our trip to India has been the most amazing trip with this agent. There is nothing negative and I would definitely recommend people to book using Imperial Journey In. The gentleman that helped through everything and kept to his word was Karan .. This gentlemen delivered everything that he offered and if it wasn’t for him we would be paying triple the price for this trip. So thanks a lot to Karan who came through for everything

The guide in Shimla explicitly asked for tips, he did some explanation of the places but did not seem to really engage with us. He walked way ahead of us and brought us to specific shops for shawls, he was unhappy when we did not buy anything. The Shimla guide also brought us to specific eating places where he got commission from. I'm very disappointed with his greed.

The best guide we had was in Chandigarh, he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the place.

Amritsar is amazing. Our guide was also very knowledgeable of the place and gave us an extensive history and culture of the Sikh religion.

Overall, Imperial Journey did a great job. The manager called us to make sure all was in order.

A big shoutout to our personal driver Mr. Sandeep. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and he graciously joined us for meals. His recommendations were excellent and well-priced.

All acmodations are excellent but very strictly sticking to the itinerary so before booking need to double check the places u want to go.

The trip was overall satisfying. Recommendable. Though a little messy due to some time delays which is largely due to the traffic conditions. The driver & the guide has fair well.

The holiday was well planned. Karan constantly checked up on us throughout the trip. All hotels booked were of excellent standard.

Karan (Imperial Journey) was absolutely excellent and efficient in all aspects from start to end of tour . Tour was really incredible in every sense . Taxi and driver provided, Hira was fantastic, friendly ,helpful and caring . Tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful,specially with taking snap shots etc. However we picked up that they were a bit opportunistic trying to get money out of you by taking you shopping where it seemed as if they got commissions from vendors . One of the tour guides in Pushkar even asked for a tip. Apart from that I will highly recommend this tour .

Wonderful trip...well planned. Mr bansal is very helpful, understanding and reliable. The only problem was the driver, mr parveen kumar who was very arrogant and did not want to make us tour around. I recommend imperial journey but with a better driver.

Our entire tour was very comfortable and excellent except the Q hotel in Udairpur for 2 nights was very poor service with lift broken down had to climb stair case,rooms smelly,hot water not available only upon request, but the restaurant was good.
The driver Kuldeep was very good and friendly.
Over all we enjoyed the trip and we shall recommend our friends who want to travel to India.

The trip was amazing.The driver had a nice personality,was easy to talk and spoke,good English and was always punctual.Ths hotels were also great 5*, clean with helpful staff.
The only problem was the boathouse.
It was disgusting, cobwebs,dirty walls,dirty bedding( strands of hair on the bed sheets)....did report it to imperialJourney(sent pics) who immediately followed it up and told us that we shod have foned immediately and they wod hav taken us off the boathouse.They did give us feedback saying that they addressed it with the company and forwarded my complaint and sent photos to them.Imperial Journey gave us feedback regarding the matter.

Well arranged by Mr Karan on the itinerary and hotel. The driver, Mr Sonu very polite and his really a good driver. Awesome trip and looking forward for next trip with Imperial Journey.

Was good. Only issue was some places mentioned in guest's itinerary were missed in the driver's one.

We have a wonderful experience during our trip to India recently organised by Imperial Journey. The itenerary was well plan and I must say that Mr Karan did a good job. Well done!

Good trip, some hotels could have been better & in more decent areas

The driver was helpful but too obliging to the point of getting to the hotel very late where we would miss the enjoyment of the 5 star resort. I think it’s partly due to the difficulty of communicating in English. We asked if there is time for a Ayurvedic massage along the way at a convenient location and get to the hotel before 6pm. It became a convoluted discussion. He wanted to detour to Munnar from where we were when the conversation started and we soon realized it would take 58 km extra to get to the hotel, by then we estimated we might arrive at 9pm. When we became aware of this fact, we told him to not to proceed further. He was not too pleased with us, I think. His driving was incredibly reckless when he was late in getting to the houseboat. It was honking and taking risky corners. We did not feel safe. He under estimated the time required for the journey. He obliged us to stop at the herb garden to take the elephant ride which we missed on the way up due to a long queue then. We might have stopped for 30 minutes. Infact we insisted to start the journey at 8:30am though he suggested it was ok to start at 9am or even 9:30am. Our recommendation is that the driver must know the traveling time needed in the hills region, explained to the travelers who know little about the local logistics and not say ‘yes’ to every question.
