- All rates are non commissionable to you and are subject to availability at time of reservation.
- If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
- Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
- Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
- No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel. \=-
- Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer directly.
- Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
- Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
-The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather/road close/Riots/Slides/Earthquakes, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks, personal problems death, accident, No Shows or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
- Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. (Early check in is subject to availability)
- Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather/road closed/riots/slides & are not liable for it.
- Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
- Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
- Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on
-AC will not work in hill areas.
- Verbal Commitments are not applicable.
- All disputes if any shall be settled in the jurisdictions of Shimla courts ONLY.

NGT RULES & REGULATIONS:

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveler visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:
- The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 /- per day, out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
- Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
- Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /- for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six seaters (or above) will be charged.
- This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
- Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.



Mode of Payment:
For Advance Booking We Need 40% Amount to confirm the package & 60 %Amount of the package cost will be collected on arrival.


PREPONE AND POSTPONE
- If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 20 days in advance via mail.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
- Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 20 days prior to your journey)
- We do not accept any change in the plan within 20 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
- Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
- Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
- Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
