The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest.All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
Unavoidable Circumstances
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, Strikes, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
Reservation Policy
Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end.
In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.
Check-in & Check-out Policy
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1200hrs.
Cancellation Policy
→If Air Tickets has been booked by us 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted if the fare is non-refundable.
→ Within 60 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25% Retention of the Tour Cost.
→ Within 15 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50% Retention of the Tour Cost.
→ Within 7 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation:100% Retention of the Tour Cost.
