• Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all
items of personal nature.

• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like flight delays, cancellation of Ferry operation, bad
weather, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances etc.
