In case the hotel rooms are not available then alternatives will be suggested as per the availability.

If the Guest is fully satisfied with the package then it’s highly advised to book the air tickets without any delay as the airfare can increase to a really greater extent.

Any increase in the exchange rate will be charged from the Guest as it can increase the package cost.

It’s highly advised to the Guests to be on time for all the tours as all the tours will be on Seat-in-Coach basis. If any tour is missed by them , the amount will not be refunded.

Breakfast will be served daily except the day of arrival in the Hotels and Dinner will be in nearby Indian restaurants. There will be set menu for both the meals and any order other than that will attract extra charges.

We will not be responsible for the Loss of Baggage or Documents for any Guests.

The Standard Check In time for the Hotel is 14:00 Hrs and checkout time is 12:00 Hrs. Early check in is strictly subjected to availability of rooms.

Itinerary can be changed as per the convenience of the Guests but most of the time it will remain the same.

Any damage caused to hotel rooms / coach due to Guest will be directly payable by him.

Private buses may be forbidden inside city’s specific monuments , so we have to cover that distance by local buses or by foot. The tour manager and the coach driver will do the best from their end to get you close to the monuments as possible.

We will not be responsible for any accident , injury , delay , death , breakdown or other activity during the carrying out of the tour. In case of illness , the Guest will be admitted to hospital and expenses will be taken care by the Guest.

VISA POLICY

In case of Visa rejection, We will not responsible under any circumstances.
In addition, per person INR 15,000 will be charged from client if the visa is refused 30 days prior to departure.If the visa is refused within 30 days of the departure, normal cancellation policy will be applicable. Photos not older than 6 months taken against white background showing at least 80% face are required for VISA.

The applicant has to submit all the visa documents with signed form within 3 working days of the booking as otherwise normal cancellation would apply.

Letter from employer confirming your employment with your designation in the company and mentioning that you have been sanctioned leave from the company for that particular period.

Salary slips of last three months

School Holiday List which shows your holiday is legitimate
No Objection and Sponsorship letter from the Parents.

Honeymooners :-
Wedding Card and Engagement Photos
Marriage Certificate
