Positives Their local service was quick and responsive, which made our trip smoother whenever we needed help. The booking process was convenient and hassle-free. ? Areas of Improvement Hotel selection can be improved, especially in terms of comfort and amenities. Some hotels had air conditioning issues, which affected the stay experience. The security deposit process needs more transparency and flexibility. Overall, Ziffy Holidays has potential and delivers good local support, but enhancing hotel standards and deposit policies would make the travel experience much better.
