What's Not Good: The hotel s they chosen was away from the city and in remote area. We could not do any shopping. The time of travel was too much and it was hectic. After that sight seeing was not possible. The transportation should have been in a better car."

What's Not Good: In name of luxury, either we have been deceived by giving premium houseboat. Or company is being deceived by houseboat people by charging more. Also for a 4 star hotel, we didn't expect a room dedicated for handicapped people."
