"What's Good: Everything was excellent hotels, house boat etc. Except hotel trio reivera, rooms are good but the reception staff was very arrogant and un cooperative

What's Not Good: We faced only issue with driver as we are coming from south side of India. So suggestion would be better to arrange basic English known drivers will be more helpful."

It was absolutely worth the money. The main highlight was the cab driver. He was such a humble and kind-hearted person. "What's Good: I really like how Poonam assisted us with everything and even late at night, she was there to help us and assist us with our queries and doubts. She's very kind. I would really love to choose Shadow of India again without any doubt.
What's Not Good: Everything was perfectly fine. Except for the driver. He was very rude. We asked him to turn on the AC for just 2 mins since there was a lot of dust outside. He replied that he can't because we were climbing the hills. He could have been better. Also, on the second last day, he left us at the Market of Manali and it was just around 7pm. He said he can't wait long. We left the hotel at 12pm. Went to the temple and then directly went to the Market. We had to return to the hotel by public transport. Else, everything was perfectly fine."

"What's Good: Overall, I had a great experience with this trip. Everything was well managed from start to finish. The bus journey from Delhi to Manali was comfortable, and the cab service in Manali was also on time. The entire trip was smooth and hassle-free. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Thank you to the team for the great service and support throughout the trip!
What's Not Good: The only suggestion I would like to give is regarding the hotel. We were informed that it would be a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it did not meet 5-star standards. It felt more like a 3-star property in terms of facilities and overall experience. If the hotel quality matches what is promised, the experience would be even better."

"What's Good: Trip has been planeed well.. itinerary has also been chosen in a well organised manner. The trip coordinator like mina ji ans rajendra balmiki were so cooperative and they have taken care all the things in very well manner. Delighted to have a trip with them..
What's Not Good: 1 resort 100waterfall camp was not so good and the food served there was worst and service was also pathetically bad.. so avoid booking this property.. otherwise all are good and polo tower was excellent. Smokey mae fi was also good.. So travelleasy chosen the best for us. And we are looking forward to book with them again for our arunachal trip"

"What's Good: Foxplorer team is good for preparing itinerary, guiding each step from planning to landing and site tour.
What's Not Good: Despite sharing details about parents walking conditions, itinerary planned was very tight schedules and lots of walk involved which I feel could be minimized as we took private taxi there. We missed few places because of we could not reach on time as parents cannot walk fast like young person. Driver provided there was very rude, despite multiple times complaints same driver was provided. They promised to arrange something for missed spot but their promise never full filled."
