"What's Good: Overall, we had a really nice experience with the travel agent. The planning, coordination, transportation, and overall arrangements were smooth, and everything was well managed throughout the trip. The team was helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance.
What's Not Good: The only area that could be improved was the hotel services. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were a little below expectations, which slightly affected the overall experience. Apart from that, everything was quite good, and we appreciate the effort put into making our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend them with some improvement in the hotel arrangements and hygiene."

"What's Good: I liked the way they co ordinated the trip. Overall great experience and had great time with Oclave guidance. They accepted special request on arranging the Bday celebration of my wife. Arrangements were as per request. Everything was great experience.
What's Not Good: Kandy resort care taker was good. As he sont know the language, food in kandy hotel was not. Nothing to do with Oclave, but suggestion is pick the hotel considering the quality of food as well."

"What's Good: The package offered by M/s Raghav Traveles was very competitive and the whole experience was good. I also want to share one more thing, while returning from Bhutan tour, I left my mobile in cab. When I realised it, I made a call to driver and he has not only responded but handed over my mobile at Bagdogra airport.
