The peaceful surroundings, lush greenery, and fresh air made it the perfect escape from city life. The jungle safari was thrilling, and although spotting wildlife takes a bit of luck, every moment in the forest was exciting. The beautiful views made the trip even more special. What's Not Good: I recently stayed at ARCH THE BAAKHLI , and while the location and staff were pleasant, there are several areas that need immediate improvement. First, the hotel should provide a refrigerator in every room, as it is a basic amenity that many guests expect. The frequent power cuts were also very disappointing, as they happened repeatedly and affected the overall comfort of our stay. The biggest concern was the jacuzzi. When we filled it with water, hair and different types of insects came out, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned properly. This was very unhygienic and completely spoiled the experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and room facilities. With better attention to these issues, the hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience for its guests."

What's Not Good: While our experience in Sikkim was excellent, the Darjeeling portion of the trip could have been better. The driver assigned in Darjeeling displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, which affected our overall experience. Better customer service and courteous behavior from the driver would have made the trip much more enjoyable."
