"What's Good: Highly cooperative. Moumi of onn tour vacations really helped us set the itinerary according to our wish and within our budget. The cab drivers especially Gopal ji and stays were all great. Stay at lachung was really good(Modern residency). Moumi was always available for any doubts and suggestions.I got to celebrate my birthday in Changulake. Thank you onn tour for making our Sikkim Trip memorable.

"What's Good: I had a very good experience overall with the travel agency. They arranged everything smoothly—bus tickets, hotel stay, food, and cab services—so the trip was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, and the food quality was good, which made the stay pleasant. The cab arrangements were also well-coordinated for most parts of the journey. There were a couple of minor issues. We experienced about a 1-hour power failure at the hotel, and at one location, the cab didn’t have the required permit to enter, which led to around an hour of waiting. These didn’t ruin the trip but could definitely be improved. Overall, a well-managed trip with good service. With a bit more attention to such details, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I would rate it 4 stars.

"What's Good: They were unable to provide us with transportation as they already had prior bookings, so we had to arrange transport through other sources. The resort and hotels were good; however, at the time of booking, they had mentioned that the property in Pokhara would have a swimming pool. In reality, there was no swimming pool, and it was not even a resort but actually a hotel. Nevertheless, the overall stay arrangement was satisfactory.
What's Not Good: Except for Siddhartha Riverside, the food at all other hotels and resorts in Nepal was not good. They did not even have the basic courtesy to provide drinking water in the room. At the time of check-in, two bottles of water were provided, but the next morning when we asked for a refill, they said refills are only done after 12:00 PM. If we needed water before that, we had to purchase it ourselves. We have traveled extensively around the world, but we have never experienced such dry and unaccommodating behavior anywhere. Refilling drinking water is a very basic courtesy that hotels and resorts should provide."

Our journey was organized through 7 Continents Adventure, a renowned travel organiser, and we would like to extend a big thank you to their entire team for managing everything so efficiently. We didn’t have to worry about anything at all, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. A special thanks to Mr. Damber, the owner of the agency, for always being available whenever we needed assistance. He stayed in constant touch with us throughout the trip, ensuring everything went seamlessly. A heartfelt mention for Mr. Tshering, our guide provided by 7 Continents Adventure, who was absolutely amazing, patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the trip far more meaningful for us, and it truly wouldn’t have been the same without him. The vehicle provided was excellent and very comfortable, and the drivers were equally outstanding, ensuring a safe and pleasant journey throughout.
