If possible, offer 2–3 options so customers can choose as per their preference. • Hotel, room and vehicle details may please be shared well in advance to avoid last-minute surprises. • If a better hotel is available at an additional cost, please inform the customer in advance so they can decide. These small improvements will make the overall travel experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. 🙏"

What's Not Good: They do not accept international cards and didn't say that upfront. Lots of payments issues and hence gave us bad hotel at kedarnath due to payment delay. Also no coordination between them and driver regarding feasibility of program"
