Dakshina Murthy sir suggested the right places and planned everything very smoothly. The pricing was also excellent — much better compared to direct online platforms and other vendors. What impressed us the most was the prompt response and continuous support throughout the trip. Usually, once the payment is done, many people stop caring, but Dakshina Murthy sir followed up every single day to ensure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. Everything was arranged in advance, which made our vacation completely hassle-free. Not only did they cover what was originally planned, but they also showed us nearby places and helped us explore more. When my mobile phone stopped working, they even took me to a service center though it was far away. Similarly, when we were not happy with the food options at one restaurant on the way, they immediately took us to another better place without any hesitation. They never made us feel uncomfortable or charged extra for every small thing. Instead, they treated us with great care and made us feel as comfortable as being in our own hometown. From the very beginning, everything was well organized and smooth. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, allowing enough time to explore while still feeling relaxed and enjoyable. Every destination in Bhutan felt special, and the arrangements throughout the journey were handled with great care. Mr. Bharat Gurung, the owner of Asia Valleys Tours and Travels, was very supportive and responsive. He stayed in touch during the planning stage, clarified all details properly, and made sure everything was aligned before the trip started. Even during the trip, he was reachable and checked in when needed, which made things feel more reliable. A big part of what made this trip so enjoyable was our guide, Sangay, and our driver, Dechen. Sangay was incredibly knowledgeable and shared deep insights about Bhutanese culture, history, and traditions in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. He was always attentive, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Dechen, our driver, was equally wonderful. His driving was safe and smooth, even on the winding mountain roads, which made the journeys between destinations very comfortable. He was always punctual, polite, and had a calm and friendly presence that added to the overall experience. What truly stood out was the warmth, respect, and positivity both Sangay and Dechen brought to the trip. They were not just guide and driver, but became an important part of the journey—making it fun, stress-free, and filled with good moments. Their coordination and support throughout ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Overall, the trip was a perfect mix of scenic beauty, cultural experiences, and genuine hospitality. The professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team made this journey truly special.

The driver was very polite and cooperative throughout the journey, making travel smooth and comfortable. The hotels arranged were good and well-maintained, and the food was also very tasty.
