"What's Good: We had the best time of our life because of the hospitality ensured by Shine Lanka and specially because of our guide Mr. Afraaz. He played a multi purpose role as guide/driver/photographer and was available 24×7. Whenever we want, what we want and how we want, it was made available by him and it was a fun experience. One thing is clear that more than money these people are people-centric and to ensure guests stay happy is their priority. Couldn't have been any better.
What's Not Good: A hotel room for 1 night in the itenary was very bad and the staff was least bothered. But the people at Shine Lanka ensured that we were satisfied by providing some extra experiences to make even with the dissatisfaction at the hotel."

The hotel Aralia Green Hill was excellent. The location of the hotel Randiya sea view was great.
