"What's Good: Dear Jeto Vacation Team, I recently completed a 5-day trip to Baku with your company, and overall, it was a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and the execution was smooth. I appreciated the support provided throughout the tour.
What's Not Good: However, I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. *Ground team communication*: Enhancing communication and providing detailed explanations of the itinerary, including paid services, would help us plan better. 2. *Hotel quality*: The hotel in Baku didn't quite meet 4-star expectations. I'd suggest reviewing the service facilities to ensure they align with 4-star standards. Despite these areas for improvement, I had a wonderful time in Baku. Thank you for organizing the trip!"

"What's Good: How amazing and easy this trip felt to us! I travelled to Kerala with my mother during my summer vacations this year, and from the first call made to be by Jaideep, giving me approximate package amount, I was hooked. He was extremely flexible with my requirements and budget and he carved out an amazing experience for us, in our budget. He had been so co-operative ever since I locked the deal and I am genuinely keen in working with him again. Our chauffeur, Syam, made sure we felt right in place during the visit and the hotel arrangements were also top-notch.
What's Not Good: The itinerary could have been a little more elaborate, as I realise we missed some top spots at some places. I don't regret it though, but I would appreciate being taken to a lot more of the tourist spots."

"What's Good: From the pick up till we were dropped off we experienced a very sweet, humble & generous kinda hospitality from Charisma. Our 6N/7D was like roller coaster trip. Every need of ours was fulfilled. We all enjoyed every second/min of our Bhutan tour. Kudos to Mr Prakash who took care of us from the the pick up till we reached back our homes safely..
What's Not Good: On the whole we were Happy with all their accomodations except for the Thimpu, Hotel Ugyen, which we all felt it was not upto the mark whereas our stay in the other hotels in Phunaka, Paro & Phuentsoling were excellent but Paro's Dema Resort didn't have lift facility... Rest all good & appreciate Mr Prakash, Charusma for his excellent hospitality... 🙏🙌🤝👌👏"

"What's Good: Absolutely awesome agents who took care of everything from first to last day, good drivers, good hotel bookings, and very convenient and flexible itineraries all at a good price. We had gone to Uttarakhand on a 9 day 8 night trip with family and we enjoyed the trip heartily and had great moments throughout. Special thanks to Asmita, who helped us with the bookings and planning, who was very polite, helpful and importantly always available incase of any need. Will surely recommend anyone who is looking for packages.

"What's Good: It has been a perfect trip to beautiful Spiti Valley, arranged with Perfect Vacation Trip. They made proper arrangements for the Hotels (at 5 different locations, total 7 nights) and of course the Car with a very good driver. We faced no problem during the trip.
What's Not Good: My only suggestion to Perfect Vacation Trip will be, being a local travel partner, we expected the selected hotels to have been checked before by your team, who handle many such trips. The rooms/hoyels really were not upto "Super Deluxe" standard. Super Deluxe does not only mean Mountain View (which all the rooms of the selected hotels had). When I plan my trips personally, sometimes it happens that I end up at a hotel, not upto my expectation. But that can happen when I am selecting distantly just checking photos and reviews. This is not expected from a local travel partner like Perfect Vacation Trip. I hope next time they will keep this in mind when I shall make my next tour plan with them (Definitely I will do ☺️ to check there improvement score ?)."
