"What's Good: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Kashmir Trip Experience with Velmora Holidays We recently planned a 6 Nights / 7 Days Kashmir trip for our family of 7 with Velmora Holidays, and overall, we had a really good experience. Right from the planning stage, our coordination with Razia and Asim was very good. They were both helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had any questions or needed any assistance during the trip, they were available and tried to resolve things quickly. The traveller arranged for our family was comfortable, and having a dedicated vehicle made travelling between different destinations much easier and convenient, especially with a family. The hotels were good and comfortable, and the package included breakfast and dinner, which was very convenient. After spending the day sightseeing, it was nice to have the stay and meals already taken care of. What we liked most was that we didn't have to constantly worry about the arrangements. The transportation, hotels and meals were all planned as part of the package, allowing us to focus on enjoying the beautiful Kashmir scenery and spending quality time with our family. Of course, like any trip, there can always be small things that could be improved, but overall our experience with Velmora Holidays was smooth, comfortable and hassle-free. A special thanks to Razia and Asim for their coordination and support throughout our trip. Their communication and cooperation made a positive difference to our overall experience. "What's Good: Overall, we had a really nice experience with the travel agent. The planning, coordination, transportation, and overall arrangements were smooth, and everything was well managed throughout the trip. The team was helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance.
What's Not Good: The only area that could be improved was the hotel services. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were a little below expectations, which slightly affected the overall experience. Apart from that, everything was quite good, and we appreciate the effort put into making our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend them with some improvement in the hotel arrangements and hygiene."
