I from Mumbai can't say how anxious I was before booking my tickets with Zenith holidays...not only becoz I was traveling with them first time, but also it was my first international travel (alone)with my teenage daughter, but Aakash made me feel comfortable and guided me time to time for visa, forex ....Shivani was also available all the time helping me at every step. Thankyou gangs

Went for a group tour to DOHA, Qatar, very poor service but polite staff, changing the itinerary last moment and giving time only for shopping no tickets are included and the management comes with a new excuse everytime. POOR MANAGEMENT. They shift day tours and whole itinerary on their basis not on the basis of the people who are paying.

Mr Ashraf Sr.Associate Managergot agitated on asking for the the rates bifurcation for my trip to Turkey "I would like to bring to your attention that the response provided does not reflect the level of professionalism expected in the service industry. The tone used was inappropriate, and the matter was not concluded in a proper manner. Kindly ensure that decorum and professionalism are maintained in all future communications." Very unprofessional behavior no patience to let client decide calling up any time in night at 9.30pm or 10pm and asking please decide fast

We, a group of 12 senior citizens had planned a trip to Vietnam. Ms Urvashi from Zenith did a fantastic job of suggesting best itinerary and helped us in making a detailed plan. Once the order was finalized Ms Shivani took over the execution part and she did it very efficiently. On the ground in Vietnam Ms Sarah was in continuous contact with us there and made our tour very comfortable. Zenith did a great job of everything. Right from the hotels, Cruise and transport, everything was well organized and executed efficiently. Even the vehicle, driver and the guides were also very good. Overall we had a super experience of this tour and thank Urvashi, Shivani and Sarah for everything they did for it.
