A special shoutout to **Miss Sandhya Verma**, who was the backbone of our trip. Even though she was on medical leave during that time, she continued to support us throughout the journey. Her dedication and commitment were truly commendable and made a huge difference in our experience.

What's Good: Where the hotel was , those places views were amazing. U can taste the true nature with balcony.
What's Not Good: Hotels food was average.
Same menu were repeated.
Honeymoon preparation was not good.

What's Good: Trip was hassle free. Tour timelines are followed delegently.
What's Not Good: I think on the honeymoon night the cake served was not fresh.
Many times travel agent was not picking up calls. This is disrespectful.

What's Not Good: Costly and itinerary nkt fulfilled properly

What's Not Good: So incompetent that for every thing they directed to talk to specific different people writhing the team, no single desk resolutions , no customer centricity, driver was rude and drove in hills at the speed of 80 kms per hour, so money minded that stopped the car that you clarify and pay first and then we will start, hotels were pathetic, itinerary was not planned well for return, asked extra for extended time they took because of road blockage, cancelled chandrataal but no consideration for return, no ertiga arranged as promised in itinerary, overall won’t recommend to any traveller forget about using their services myself.

What's Good: Cab driver behave was excellent...what ever points we visited, was good.
What's Not Good: An area of improvemnt are needed in itinerary & food quality for vegetarian, while visit at tirthan valley, stay was provided far behind at banjar, room size was so compact...while visiting Kufri, there was nothing to explore, we paid 7000 extra to lacal vandors for Kufri...no one guided us ...not to give that money, that place is useless

What's Good: The cab driver Mr. Ankur is a nice guy, very cooperative, also team leader at WTP Anu was very cooperative. It was a very memorable trip, and I would strongly recommend to book package from WTP, they have a really good team. No constant harassing for money every now and then.

The taste of the food was not up to our expectations, especially for someone from Mumbai who prefers spicier flavors. It felt a bit bland.

- After reaching the driver tells us we will drop you only to certain places from here you need to spend around 8-10k and were not allowing us to reach out to local people to try and understand the cost.
- Driver assigned was not taking us to the place as per itinerary, he was just bluffing around saying its too far and you need to spend 10k extra to see around

Nothing as such. It was horrible experience with the tour company. The tour coordinator, no communication, driver was very illiterate & had no idea about the tour & was the third party contractor

Worst driver and pathetic driving.not friendly at all. Very stubborn and adamant. Did not let the kids enjoy.just a money earning business for him.very casual in driving.
Thrice we were saved while driving.
Lot of confusion in the drop point .
Me and my family was asked to get down in between as the driver was not ready to drop at the destination.

There is no negative star otherwise I would like to give them -5/5 they won't be responsible enough to maintain the agency they actually have tie-up with another agent I think so.They don't make the payment for the cab driver he used to stop the vehicle in the mid way to get the payment done but the agency got the full payment done one the 2 nd day of our trip.we have very worst experience with them recently we booked a trip of himachal pradesh but totally disappointed I would like to take any other agent with better price range...
