We recently undertook a trip to Delhi, Shimla, and Manali with VJGlobalTours. While the overall itinerary was thoughtfully curated and the booking process was handled efficiently, we did encounter several challenges during the execution phase of the tour. One of the primary concerns was the apparent lack of oversight and control over third-party service providers, such as hotel staff and transportation vendors. The behavior and driving practices of the assigned driver raised serious safety concerns, which detracted from our overall experience. As we are travelling with infant. Moreover, the handling of luggage throughout the trip was inadequate. In some instances, careless handling led to damage to our belongings, which caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, we faced considerable difficulty in reaching one of the hotels that had been arranged for us. The location was not easily accessible, and insufficient guidance or support. This caused unnecessary stress and delays, especially after long hours of travel. When these issues were brought to the attention of the tour operator, we anticipated a more constructive and solution-oriented approach. However, the response appeared to focus more on defending the actions of the vendors rather than actively addressing the concerns raised. We believe that with more robust vendor management and a greater emphasis on customer feedback, VJGlobalTours can enhance the overall quality and reliability of their travel experiences.

We had a disappointing experience with VJGlobalTours during our recent trip to Shimla and Manali. Although the itinerary was decent and the booking process was smooth, the actual execution left much to be desired. The vehicle provided to us was in poor condition and The driver assigned to us drove recklessly and made us feel unsafe throughout the journey. Moreover, the accommodation fell short of what was promised. Overall, the poor vendor management and lack of accountability seriously affected our trip. I would not recommend VJGlobalTours.

Manali never disappoints us. Booked our packay with VJ global. Manisha ji was POC to us and she managed tour very well. All hotels were at scenic places. Our all small requests and demands were catered very carefully. ❤️❤️

Ms. Karuna Sharma's passion was infectious, and her knowledge made every stop fascinating. Solang Valley was magical, and the whole trip was so well-organized and comfortable. I particularly loved Solang Valley and the activities there. The transportation was comfortable, and the accommodations were excellent.
