What's Good: High quality of service by Triplrrr. Driver well aware of all the sites and took personal care that we are okay and enjoying the trip. I highly recommend Triplrrr if you are planning trips in north-east.

What's Good: They provide very good transport & site seeing.

What's Not Good: Nothing which i didn't like

What's Good: Sales executive Priyanshu was always reachable and helpful. All drivers were good and experienced to drive in hilly areas. Owner showed good hospitality.
What's Not Good: Darjeeling room allocation issue and one person was arrogantly talked.

What's Good: We recently had an amazing holiday trip to Darjeeling, Gangtok, and Pelling, all thanks to the seamless planning by Triplrrr. Everything was well-organized, and we didn’t have to worry about anything, making our journey truly enjoyable and stress-free.

I would especially like to thank Rohan, our driver in Gangtok and Pelling, for his exceptional service. He was not just a skilled driver but also a great guide, explaining everything in detail and ensuring we had a wonderful experience. His kindness and support stood out when my wife fell ill—he personally helped in purchasing medicines and even suggested effective local home remedies, which were really helpful. His caring nature and willingness to assist made a huge difference in our trip.

What's Good: Me and my husband purchased a holiday trip to Darjeeling, Gangtok and Peeling. We had a great experience. There was nothing which we have to do by ourselves. Evrything was very well planned by Triplrrr . This was a very beautiful and memorable trip for us. Mr. Prabhat Thakur who was assigned as our agent, was so nice and helpful and planned out trip beautifully.
What's Not Good: There was nothing which we don't like.

What's Good: Cab drivers and cab condition provided by the manager were very good . Accommodations were also very cozy and cooperative.
What's Not Good: Everything was fine but at pelling the sync of manager with driver was not good.

What's Good: The itinerary offered by the travel company covered nearly all the key attractions. Mr. Thakur was incredibly helpful, providing guidance in every possible way. The hotels, cars, and other services arranged were excellent. The driver was polite, well-behaved, and knowledgeable about the destinations. Overall, this is a fantastic company that offers great value for money. I highly recommend booking with them.

What's Good: Driver was really good, all hotel accommodations chosen were satisfactory. All locations were covered without any issue
What's Not Good: Vehicle's suspension was old which added to the bumpy ride but manageable and can be ignored

What's Not Good: Hotel Experience at Siliguri was bad

What's Good: The complete management and service provided by Mr. Shirshendu das was excellent and complete package was wonderful and worth it

What's Good: Stay in Divsai Retreat was the best experience
What's Not Good: They should inform about extra charge for heater

What's Good: I was planning for a trip to Meghalaya but was unsure about the itinerary, which hotels to book, and how to organize visits to various places. Thankfully, I got in touch with Triplrrr, especially Mr. Abhirup Bhowmick, who guided me through the entire process. He helped me plan the perfect itinerary, covering the stunning waterfalls and caves of Meghalaya.

After a few calls, I was convinced by his suggestions and decided to book with Triplrrr. I traveled to Meghalaya from December 18 to 26, 2024, and had a fantastic experience. Mr. Bhowmick ensured a smooth booking process and provided excellent support throughout the trip. The cab service/driver on the trip was friendly and punctual, guiding us in our journey about the places.

Mr. Bhowmick was always just a call away, addressing all my queries promptly. I highly recommend Triplrrr for anyone seeking a hassle-free and well-organized travel experience!

What's Good: Cordinator was very helpful. Mr. Shirshendu Das helps a lot and everything was just timely done.

Our cab drivers were good and our hotel staff was good and our person in contact was also available all the time.
Services to get to nathula pass are not appreciated .

IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR VACATIONS GO FOR TRIPLRRR.
This company would keep pestering you till they have got their advance money from you. And after that none of your queries would be resolved.
There is no communication on email from the firm, whenever you send a message no reply will come.
The drivers deputed do not know the hotels they have to take you or the sightseeing which has been agreed upon.
If this is the case then any traveller can book their first destination hotel and book a car hiring service from there which will be very much cheaper.
A VERY SPECIAL MENTION TO A PROBLEM ATTIC PERSON PRABHAT WHO YOU KEEP ON ASKING FOR THINGS WILL NEVER PROVIDE THEM ON TIME. EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS OF AVAILING MY HOLIDAY HE HAS NOT PROVIDED ME THE BILLS.
YOU CALL THE OWNER MR VISHAL SINGH AND HE WILL NEVER CARE TO CALL BACK OR RESPOND TO YOUR MESSAGES.

They'll tell you a three star hotel but book you a one star two Star one. Or in a 3 star hotel they will provide you the cheapest room. You will not get a invoice from the hotels booked on your behalf by them.
Overall I would advise people to avoid Triplrrr and take services of any other good service provider

I booked a package for Darjeeling & Sikkim which was provided by Mr. Abhirup Bhowmick. I am very happy by their service. They provide a very neat and decent hotels. They took proper care of us throughout our trip. I am very happy with their service and would recommend others to take services from triplrrr

It was very a Happy and good experience with Triplrrr.

From Triplrrr we had Mr. Prabhat as an representative, who is a very kind and was helpful though the Tour, he arranged the package and coordinated the tour so well that we did not face any problem at all.

Following things were very helpful -

1. Transport - vehicles drivers were very nice, gentle and punctual.
In Port Blair we had been guided with good drivers named Eshwar was superb then Mr. senthil and Mr. Sahil was also good

2. Hotels - we stayed in Hotel Kanigga in Port Blair (4days) and hotel named All Season Residency in Havelock (2 days)
both are 3 star hotel but hotel kanigga was little bad.

As we had 5 nights and 6 days tour package -

Day1 - cellular jail, Corbin's cove beach, cellular jail lighting show.
Day 2 - Baratang and limestone cave.
Day3 - Havelock - kalapathar beach and Radhanagar beach
Day 4 - Havelock - Elephant beach (had enjoyed water sports)
Day 5 - Port Blair - Ross Island
Day 6 - Port Blair - stay at hotel and returned back to our home.

Itinerary planning could have been better.

Day 1, Day 3 and Day 4 tour was Good whereas Day 2 travel to Baratang was boring and hectic, as you have to leave hotel by 4 am in the morning and you have to cover more than 200 km in a day. And it was not worthy seeing a tribal people as they have modernised little bit. And visiting limestone cave was a total disappointment. So day 2 tour was not worthy.

In Day 3 - Kalapathar beach was so good because of very few tides and crystal clear water. But our vehicle driver asked to just stay for 15 minutes only and said people mostly like to spend more time in Radha nagar beach. Anyhow we enjoyed Radhanagar beach for more than 3 hours but we felt that if stayed in kalapathar beach for some more time and organising kalapathar beach in Day-2 itself instead of travelling to Baratang island would have been better.

3. In Day-5 by 2 pm our tour got over with a visit to Ross Island which is located about 10 kms from Port Blair then our return flight was at 5 o'clock in Day 6, so entire day on last day we were idle and got wasted instead if they could have arranged a small city tour.

Overall we had good experience and enjoyed the trip. I would like to say thank you to Mr. Prabhat and his team from Triplrrr for coordinating the tour very well.
Next time also if I plan any tour I will definitely go with Triplrrr without any hesitation.

Gangtok was the perfect place to begin our journey — the lively markets, stunning monasteries, and breathtaking views were unforgettable. The trip to Nathula was absolutely the highlight, with the crisp mountain air and awe-inspiring views of the Himalayan range. We were also lucky enough to experience the border area, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Zuluk was another gem — such a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path location that really allowed us to immerse ourselves in nature. The meandering roads and the sight of the famous zigzag hairpin bends were thrilling to witness, and the hospitality of the locals was heartwarming.

Pelling wrapped up our trip beautifully. The panoramic views of Kanchenjunga from the monastery and the calm atmosphere at the lake were exactly what we needed to end our journey on a high note.

Your attention to detail, from choosing the right accommodations to making sure we didn’t miss any must-see spots, made the trip truly special. We also appreciated how smoothly the transportation and local guides were arranged. Everything felt well-paced, and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed.

We had a great experience traveling in darjeeling,gangtok & pealing through triplrrr. stay arrangement and hospitality were also good.

I didn't like the stay in Darjeeling...Darjeeling is not for tourists anymore as it is very dirty and congested with traffic jams galore...not worth spending money on!

Our trip to Sikkim was planned in the month of August (kinda off season for Sikkim visit), yet we thoroughly enjoyed it...thanks to all the hassle free arrangements made by our tour coordinator Bishal ji. The accommodation and travel arrangements were extremely smooth, which ultimately helped us in soaking in the beauty of Sikkim to the max. I really impressed with the team and had given complete support all the times. They responded all the times whenever required their support. Only i felt the bad about the drivers provided for the entire trip. They are ok but needs to be improved a lot. I request the team to hire professional drivers for the customer for their complete comfort.

Me and my family went on a trip to darjeeling and sikkim from 17th to 28th March '22. All of it was arranged and managed by bishal, rimi and team triplrrr. They did an excellent job. My parents loved every bit of it. They kept in touch to ensure everything was in place. The hotels, cars and drivers were awesome. Hoping for another adventure with you guys.
