What's Good: We recently traveled to Turkey with TravelOcat, and the whole trip was perfectly planned by kevin kapoor. It was a blend of history, culture, and adventure. He provided us with a great itinerary of Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Pamukkale. We took the iconic hot air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia, and it was just out of this world! The hotels were boutique-style, centrally located, and breakfast was included. Kevin also made our e-visa process go off without a hitch. The guides were extremely well-informed, particularly in the Sultanahmet walking tour. He was also prompt during the tour and offered recommendations for night eating and shopping. It was a top-shelf trip at an amazingly affordable cost. We are already in the process of organizing our second trip with TravelOcat.

What's Good: To begin, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my experience with Travelocat, as I want to ensure my review is balanced and fair. Thank you, Travelocat, for providing the following positive elements during our trip:
1. Accommodation: The company arranged decent accommodation, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout our trip with nice view points. (Mountain Apple Inn at Manali and Sakoon Villa at Shimla)
2. Transportation: The vehicle provided was in excellent condition, making our daily commute smooth and convenient.
3. Customer Service: I must commend their responsiveness. Regardless of the time, the team was quick to reply to any inquiries, showing their commitment to customer support.
What's Not Good: Before I begin, I want to make it clear that this review is not written out of personal grudge or bitterness. My sole intention is to share an honest account of our experience in the hope that it helps at least one couple avoid the disappointment we went through. Choosing the right travel agency is crucial, especially for something as special as a honeymoon—and I sincerely hope this feedback helps someone make a more informed decision.

As with any organization, there are always two sides—strengths and areas for improvement. Unfortunately, in my experience with this company, the drawbacks significantly outweighed the benefits. I would estimate that only about 20–25% of the experience was positive, while the remaining 75–80% was disappointing.

I’m sharing my honest feedback regarding my recent 5-day, 4-night honeymoon trip to Manali, organized by Travelocat (Delhi to Delhi). This review is not intended to gain anything in return; my only hope is that it helps at least one other traveler avoid a similar experience. I know firsthand the frustration and regret that come with placing your trust—and money—in the wrong hands.

One of the most concerning aspects of this experience is how the company maintains such a high rating on Google. Based on what I encountered, it’s hard to believe those ratings reflect genuine customer experiences. It raises the question of whether the reviews are being influenced internally or through external paid review services.


Now, moving on to the cons—which, unfortunately, far outweighed the positives in our experience:

1. Lack of Agency Involvement After Arrival: One of the main reasons people choose a travel agency is for local guidance and to avoid potential exploitation in unfamiliar places. Sadly, that assurance was completely absent from our trip. After arriving in Delhi, the agency had no further involvement, simply handing us off to a driver. We ended up losing a significant amount of money to local vendors, many of whom seemed to be in collaboration with the driver. We were pressured into unnecessary purchases with little to no room for alternatives. This was extremely disheartening.
2. Driver Experience and Itinerary Gaps: While the assigned driver was polite, he failed to follow the itinerary properly. He frequently skipped locations, citing travel fatigue, and we ended up visiting only about 50–60% of the places mentioned in our original plan. He offered no insights or guidance about any of the destinations—just dropped us off and left. This completely diminished the purpose of a guided trip, and I’ll attach the original itinerary for reference.
3. Poor Food Quality: The morning breakfast and evening dinners included in our package were below standard at both hotels. For South Indian travelers especially, the food was almost inedible. Even when we were willing to pay for better options—like basic Chinese dishes in Shimla—the hotel staff denied our request. This reflects a lack of flexibility and customer consideration.
4. Candlelight Dinner Disappointment: The so-called "candlelight dinner" included in the package turned out to be laughable. A candle placed in a bowl with some rice flour on a standard table was the full extent of the arrangement. It lacked any sense of occasion or romance. I’ll share photos to help others avoid falling for this add-on.
5. Waste of Time in Shimla: We had two days each planned for Manali and Shimla. Regrettably, Shimla felt like a complete waste of time. The driver dropped us at Kufri and left us at the mercy of local operators who coerced us into buying expensive packages with no alternative options. After Kufri, we were supposed to visit key sites like Christ Church and Mall Road, but the driver skipped them and took us directly to the hotel. In effect, we saw only Kufri during our entire stay in Shimla.
6. Misleading Information About Hot Air Balloon Ride: One of the main reasons we chose this package was the hot air balloon experience in Kullu—a dream activity for our honeymoon. We were assured of its availability by the sales team and even given pricing details. But upon reaching Kullu, the driver informed us that it wasn’t ballooning season. This was deeply disappointing and felt like a serious oversight or, worse, a deliberate misrepresentation.
7. Unnecessary Delays During Return Travel: On our way back to Delhi from Shimla, we left early with plans to explore India Gate on our own. However, the driver stopped for over an hour and a half, claiming he was meeting a friend. A similar incident occurred earlier in Shimla as well. These unnecessary delays were unprofessional and disrupted our schedule.

I have several more points of dissatisfaction, but I understand this has already become a lengthy review. I'm not sure how many people will read it in full—but if even one couple avoids the regret we experienced by reading this, I’ll consider it worthwhile.

In short, choosing this agency for what should have been our first memorable journey as a couple turned out to be a major disappointment. This review is not written out of anger, but from a genuine desire to prevent others from going through the same disheartening experience.

What's Not Good: No proper planning. Driver not polite. Coordinators talked well before ..after payment no communication at all. Schedule changing day to day. They are not well experienced.

I have booked a 3N-4D Manali trip from Travelocat with following itinerary.
Day-1 Plan: Pickup from Delhi Airport by Vitara Brezza vehicle & tour Delhi locals (Redfort, India Gate, Qutubminar, Rastrapathi Bhavan, Sarojini market, Chandni chowk, lotus temple)
Day-1 Act: A old CNG-Dezire vehicle came to pickup from airport. No place to keep luggage even, when asked Mr. Ravindra Singh(transport manager) he told Brezza car met with an accident last day & only this dezire vehicle they can provide. Even he said he will cancel the return flight ticket if i prefer any other travels for further journey. Had a very long argument for almost 4 hours (till 2pm). Then he agreed to provide another Toyota Etios in the evening for manali journey & asked to adjust in dezire vehicle for delhi locals. Only lotus temple & sarojini market covered in that 3 hrs time.
Day-2 Plan: Reach Manali in the morning & checkin to Hotel Mountain Apple & cover Sarjla water fall for the day
Day-2 Act: Etios driver is worst at driving & shown me hell while night journey. i had to save twice by controlling steering while he fall asleep during driving. We reached afternoon 2PM to a small Hotel. when asked them they told rooms in mountain apple hotel are all booked, only this one they can arrange. Argued & had to adjust since i have already paid total amount. And nothing covered on 2nd day. Day-2 also wasted.
Day-3 Plan: Solang valley
Day-3 Act: Driver told that his vehicle cant reach to solang valley & stopped at some location. I had to spend 12K extra to hire a 4*4 vehicle to reach solang valley.
Day-4 Plan: Manali Locals ( Hadimba temple, Manu temple, Vasisht temple, Mall road, club house, Van vihar, ghatotkach temple, tibetan monestary)
Day-4 Act: Only 4 out of 8 places covered from the list.

Worst experience of my life... Plz don't approach this travel agent... Worst service.. All hotels are fare from city.. . No proper guidance

We had a fantastic experience planning our 6-day trip to Thailand using TravelOcat. Yunisha organized every detail and accommodated all our last-minute requests flawlessly. The local coordination upon arrival was fantastic – we received updates each morning about our daily itinerary via WhatsApp, and support was always readily available over the phone whenever needed. The whole trip was performed flawlessly without any delays or problems, and the price paid was really competitive. I would definitely recommend TravelOcat to anybody who needs a hassle-free tour package.

After reading all positive reviews about this company we decided to opt for Manali package with them and it turned out to be very bad. Terrible experience with this TravelOCat travel agency. They initially quoted ₹38,000 for the land part of a Manali trip for a group of 4 individuals but became completely unresponsive after taking an advance of ₹5000. Despite multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, they ignored us entirely. After escalating the issue to their general helpline, they finally responded after two days and demanded an additional ₹10,000 over the agreed price. They also failed to book our flight tickets, forcing us to pay significantly higher prices at the last minute due to their delay.

Even now, they are unresponsive refusing to refund our money, despite their cancellation policy clearly stating that a full or partial refund is allowed. When questioned about this, they rudely claimed, ‘You didn’t ask about this earlier.’ To make matters worse, their agents Yunisha, Kevin Kapoor, and Dutt were rude, unprofessional, arrogant and in many ways bad also spoke to us in an abusive manner over the phone. This agency is dishonest, unethical, and shows complete disregard for its customers.
Till This date they have not responded to my queries and i have lost money

Absolutely wonderful family trip with TravelOcat to Dubai. Had a whole 27 people with us, and that was memorable. Got nearly ₹270,000 cheaper than any other quote in the market. Special thanks to Mr. Dev Suthar, a true gem, and Rohan Rati, with whom we were in constant touch during our stay at Dubai.

The hotel was fantastic, and we were treated with meals of our choice. We came across that two couples booked with another agency, and their experience was bad compared to ours. Their camp was pathetic, and their dhow cruise had cockroaches, while ours was flawless and enjoyable. TravelOcat's flexible payments and support of the team made it all easy for us. Their advice helped us easily redeem our VAT at the airport too.

It was an unforgettable group trip to Bali with 48 people, made seamless and spectacular by TravelOcat. Staying in Kuta Central Park was fantastic-provided the comfort and convenience right in the heart of Kuta. We were just able to relax knowing that our super host, Agus, had all the details taken care of-coordinating group activities and recommending the best local spots.

Booked an 11 days trip with Mr. Ankur, it was a very nice experience. Both the Sikkim and Darjeeling tour drivers were superb, the long roads and high-altitude valleys didn't feel so terrible. Charges were quite reasonable and Ankur was prompt in helping clear any doubts.

The customized package worked like a charm for me, and I thank the smooth experience from planning the itinerary to the end of the trip. The frequent follow-ups by Mr. Ankur made sure that everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend TravelOcat for a Sikkim and Darjeeling tour.

Although I could not explore North Sikkim because it was closed, I caught a glimpse of Mt. Kanchenjunga in an excellent scene from afar. I also missed the first snowfall at Nathula by two days, but during my journey, it started raining in Pelling. Yet, the trip was unforgettable. Here I added some snaps from this memorable tour, but they cannot bring to one's thoughts the fantastic experiences we had.

Here’s my detailed review :

The trip was not at all ok and Travelocat completely failed to run the accepted itinerary.

The Main issue is the Driver you have assigned to us.
He’s very rash in driving, attitude issues, no interaction at all, no guiding of places, it’s like he’s the guest and we are assisting him in everything.
We should do whatever he says. Not at all following any kind of driving rules : used phone all the time while driving.

Someone picked us from Delhi at 10 pm and left us to this driver Lalit Singh at 12 nearly AM nearly near outskirts and these guys made us wait in the car for so long just to smoke, and then started our journey to Manali. Lalit driver took the longest journey and made us reach Manali at 12 pm next day saying that we will cover Kullu on the way, but covered only a shawls store in Kullu
After reaching Manali at 12 pm I asked him what’s for today, he said like nothing, this day is to rest. You should’ve mentioned that in itinerary that Day 1 is to rest. You don’t know that before : that driver will get tired after driving for whole night so 1st day will be the rest ??

And to Rohtang pass, next day he asked us to pay 5k which is not at all mentioned anywhere. I tried reaching Pardeep, but Pardeep failed to serve us and supported driver and advised us to do whatever he asks to pay. Besides that he argued rudely and asked to go on personally by booking cab. For this, why should we come with Travelocat ?? We would’ve come directly personally right ????

Finally, Rohit from the support team came up on call and asked us to pay 3k which we agreed for, but this Lalit driver took us and assigned us to some local driver and car saying some stories.. then what’s the need of 3k, I would have booked on my own for 2k for a local cab.. Why Travelocat again ??
So the dedicated driver Lalit is not there for the whole day.

Last day, we told him that we need to reach Delhi airport by 9 pm for that, he made us start at 5 AM which is almost 16 hours travel and dropped us at airport 5 hours before travel time, just to cover his personal things, he left us to one more new driver like 200 kms before Delhi and he left. We came for this trip as per driver’s convenience ???

Itinerary is not followed at all, sajla waterfalls is not covered
Sisu is not covered
Bon fire is not covered
Kullu is not covered

What’s the purpose of itinerary then ??

When you don’t have anything on your own and you do the vendor management to serve the guests with these trips by valuing your drivers more than guests, then Travelocat is not at all a good travel agency to go with.

Amount paid to Travelocat : 21k 3k Rohtang = 24K got wasted with Travelocat without following the itinerary and without covering locations

I recently took a Bali tour with TravelOcat, and it surpassed all my expectations. The itinerary was perfectly crafted, offering a mix of breathtaking sights and cultural experiences. Excellent experience with TravelOcat booking a Bali trip for my family, including my parents, and other senior citizens from our apartment society-a group of 41 senior citizens in all. I had searched for a month, spoken to over 15 agents, and finally got connected with Kevin, who impressed me with his knowledge and confidence. He provided us with just what we needed; he even sent a photo of the vehicle in advance-Toyota Hiace. The driver was very friendly, and they even gave us two SIM cards free so that we might keep in contact from India. My parents did not utter a single word of complaint during the journey-a fact that speaks volumes about their service.

When our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bali was delayed, Pardeep intervened and confirmed another flight within 30 minutes. This was despite the airline in question initially refusing assistance at the airport. Absolutely commendable! TravelOcat is really quite knowledgeable about Bali. Most agents I spoke with lacked the insights Kevin had, especially regarding itineraries. What's more, whereas others would waste much precious time traveling all the way from Kuta for North Bali tours, Kevin wisely recommended Ubud so as to make the most of our time.

We had a mind-blowing experience.Entertainment = 5 stars. Coz of these superb qualities, my family comprising of seventeen adults, had a wonderful time in Spain. Ravi helped us very well and ensured that all was fine. The hotels were all round facilities in which we moved freely throughout the holidays. Starting from visa to the flying and later sightseeing, it was the perfect planning of the entire activity from start to completion. This extended it to become a memorable event in that we did not experience any hitches on the way. Guys, this is the best travel agency! It was my 6th trip with 47 people to Manali, and TravelOcat exceeded all expectations. Chetana is amazing and provided 24/7 support. Although Pardeep was initially rude, after we complained and made the full payment, he assisted us and even helped secure a refund from the driver who overcharged us for Rohtang Pass. The DJ party and band were arranged complimentary, which was a fantastic touch. Mr. Ashu was incredibly helpful from Mountain Apple Inn, ensuring everything went smoothly for our 4 night, 5 days trip. My only advice for Pardeep is to be softer with guests. I highly recommend TravelOcat; you guys are pros for Himachal travel with no doubt about it!

Trip to Himachal Shimla Manali. We had pick up from Chandigarh driver was before time available. First stay in shimla. Hotel rooms were good and clean, wifi and tv was provided with nice balcony view gallery. But there was no Fan/Ac in the room. Food was good here. Hotel name is hadimba retreat. Staff was cooperative here. After shimla sight seeing next we had to go Manali by road day journey. Generally it is 6 hrs journey but our driver took 9 hours and asked us to do kullu sight seeing the same day thought it was planned on last day of trip. When we reached Manali it was around evening 7:30 while we started from Shimla morning 7:30. The hotel in Manali was okay okay not as good as shimla hotel although the name and owner was same. Here we had fan ?. And a nice scenic gallery view. Staff was cooperative here too and food was nice. Breakfast can be improved though. We had candle light dinner with food that is common for all and just some white candles in our room. In package welcome drinks and honeymoon suite was mentioned but nothing was provided. I didn't know if we have to ask cause those things suppose to be given without asking. For sight seeing in Manali we went to solang and atal tunnel where was hell of jam. We asked driver to return from the stucked point but he said Paisa to pura lagega as we agreed to pay him extra since atal tunnel was not part of package. Again we spent 3-4 hrs for journey 15-18km and traffic was not only a problem. Next we had to return to Delhi for flight so we started 9:30 in the morning. Nothing to surprise we reached morning 4 am on the airport. It took 18 hrs for our driver to reach includes stops after every two hours. I never felt that the driver wanted to be us in hotel/sight/place cause the time spent in cab is as equal as time spent total in hotel and sight seeing. I hope travelocat can arrange better driver if anyone is referring to this. Sutta break, skipping tolls/diverge route, un attentiveness in traffic these were reasons. While booking flight ticket it was mentioned early morning flight but while booking they refused to book the same and booked 9 am flight. For that again I have to take half day off from work. I couldn't argue coz advance was paid. I could have rated 4 but According to me my experience should have been better for The amount I paid for package overall. Rest travelocat staff is nice and attentive.
If anyone is referring to this then be more specific about everything in travel/trip and inform the same to travelocat team specifically details/requirements. I am sure they will arrange/manage.

Hotel stay at Manali and kasol camps are awesome. Food at every stay is so good. Solang valley and kufri point are worth watching. Even the crew of travelocat are responding very well for each query. At the end the experience with the agency is fantastic.

TravelOcat had arranged a very nice package for our Family. Manpreetji was our tour guide who picked us from Delhi and dropped us back. We enjoyed the trip and had a very beautiful memories with us as we experienced river rafting, horse riding, ATV ride, paragliding with professional riders.

Dvine hills in Shimla and Mountain Apple in Manali where our stay was arranged, pretty much good accommodation with delicious breakfast and dinner. Only painful task was to climb the staircase (5 - 6 floors) in these hotels especially when you are traveling with senior citizens.
Overall we all had a wonderful great time together.

Our first trip to bali was grt and smooth which was possible only blossom of ivan Kapoor, who guided us,suggested us wherever needed and tried his best to change the plannings according to us. Great experience in Bali with TravelOcat. We spent 6 amazing days in Bali: snorkling in Nusa Penida, enjoying arts and coffee in Ubud, viewing Batur mountain in Kintamani, enjoying view of Garuda Wishnu Kecana, watching Tari Kecak in Uluwatu and eating in Jimbaran. Pak Komang Suparta, the driver from TravelOcat (PACTO), was very helpful and showed us a lot of hidden gem in Bali. One of them was Gusto, must try gelato in Canggu. Also Pak Ketut, the driver in Nusa Penida, took great pictures of us and he was very attractive. Bali Top brought and introduced us with local food in Bali. The taste was wonderful. We will call TravelOcat again once we want to travel to Bali.

We recently visited Maldives. We had a wonderful holiday at the sunny side. Varun from TravelOcat guided us through out our trip very well and professionally. It was amazing trip planned by them. We loved our stay in Maldives. We stayed for 4 days and 3 night at Mafushi island and it was perfect. I would recommend this tour operators for their excellent customer care, well coordinated schedules on each days and safety during all the activities including water sports. First thing to speak about is the home stays which was provided by the travels is extraordinary be it in shimla/kasol/manali. The food provided is in high quality with different varieties every day.mainly speaking about the service provided by the octa travels and kethan are outstanding. Always got the best suggestion and responses .. we did get support in quick time when we changed our route plan to another places , within 1 day we got the changed hotels and route map. We 4 friends planned trip from Chandigarh to manali, shimla, kullu for 5 night and 6 days (2 July to 07 July). Driver bad behaviour and not cooperative. Driver didn't know anything. Driver without guide knowledge. Driver name Deshraj and trip booking manager khetan khurana. Accomodation, Food arrangement and Driver all arrangements are very Bad and not upto the desired expectation need Proper action and improvement otherwise People are looking for alternative.

TravelOcat knocked our honeymoon trip out of the park for us. We had done some preliminary searches on resorts in Maldives that we were looking at. We determined it may be easier for us to just find a travel agency to help us, since we did not know anything about Maldives at all. After decided to travel to Kullu Manali for Jun 2022 month, I inquired my one of colleagues who had traveled the same place few months back comprising 4 families suggested me TravelOcat. After checking very minimum verification over internet and other competitors/vendors, I decided to go with TravelOcat as I didn't have much time for planning. Mr. Ketan who was assigned to my family tour assisted well from day 1 and after he confirmed with me about this is family tour of 5 members, he assured for arranging hotel, vehicle and travel arrangements with fullest safely. As per his commitment, all hotel arrangements and travel experience were extraordinary with affordable package and my family expressed complete satisfaction about their service.

The only improvement area which I notice is, TravelOcat should have 24/7 support for domestic tour also by making few additional resources and infrastructure for making instance conversation and support all time.

Day 0 (April 12th)
I personally have been following up with Mr. Ketan asking for all hotel booking vouchers since April 2nd, which is when we gave the confirmation/go ahead to book the trip with Travelocat. But he provided only 2, one for Dharamshala and other for Dalhousie. When I was constantly following up with him until the last day of the trip which is April 12th he said to me that I should not worry and all the bookings have been made but shockingly enough the hotel for Amritsar was not booked until we reached there.

Day 1 (April 13th)
To begin with, we were provided a flight from Pune to Delhi even when we asked if the destination could be changed to Chandigarh or Amritsar. That is also fine but when we are travelling from Delhi to Dharamshala it took us almost one full day in travel and after that we had to go back to Bir. From Bir we again travelled to Dalhousie which was once again a long distance. Easily this trip route could have been planned as follows
Bir - Dharamshala - Dalhousie - Amritsar
since we were anyway travelling by road and Bir comes first.

Day 2 and Day 3 (April 14th and 15th)
Secondly, we faced many problems in the stay which was provided to us in Dharamshala (Hotel Varuni)
One of the rooms which was provided to us had a permanent guest which was maybe a family of huge spiders. This might seem like an exaggeration and we didn't click any photos but honestly the spiders were pretty huge, almost palm sized. We had to call the room service guys at 2am in the morning or early morning at 6am or 7am to get rid of the insect.
The food service was not great as well. On our 2nd day of trip (14th April) it took almost 40-60 minutes for them to provide us breakfast and we had to leave late for the sightseeing. We were supposed to checkout on 15th and looking at this we requested the hotel staff a day prior that we will need breakfast early and even after ordering breakfast at 8am a simple bread jam was not available until 9.30am and some of us had to leave empty stomach.
After checking out, we communicated all of this to Mr. Ketan and requested him to look into the matter and provide us some concession for the inconvenience we faced to which he replied saying that he has received similar feedback on food service for our hotel in Dalhousie (Hotel Nature Valley) and he said that we can decide to eat outside locally instead of the hotel and he will reimburse the bill amount. Sadly, all of this was discussed on call and we have no proof of chat or email because soon after we reached Dalhousie he changed his statement.

Day 3 and Day 4 (April 15th and 16th)
The camp site was great but no voucher was provided to us for confirmation of the booking. No complaints at this campsite in Bir.

Day 4 (April 16th)
Again our full day was wasted in travelling to Dalhousie because as I stated above the tour route could have been planned better and almost 70kms to 80kms could have been saved in distance. Even though we as well as the driver was tired from all the travelling, when we requested the driver to take us to the market he readily agreed and we were able to buy cake and celebrate our friends birthday. On reaching the hotel from the market we called Mr. Ketan to confirm regarding the reimbursement for food which he had promised over the phone but he completely changed his statement and said we will have to bear the cost on our own and he will only reimburse one breakfast meal, which the driver paid for but he also has not received the money from Ketan.

Day 5 (April 17th)
The stay was again great in Hotel Nature Valley and the room service was great too. But the food service was very slow and they also messed up the toppings on the pizza that we ordered for dinner on April 17th but we understand that these things can happen sometimes and did not escalate it.

Day 6 (April 18th)
We reached Amritsar and our driver informed us that we can't directly go to the hotel as our stay is still not booked. We tried calling Mr. Ketan multiple times but he didn't receive our calls but when we asked the

We spent our honeymoon in Tanzania. We did a safari tour and then we spent the rest of the holidays in Zanzibar. I have to say it was the best vacation we have ever had. I felt comfortable with Mrs.Raveena from the first second. She was able to answer all my questions during the first interview and I felt that I was in good hands. Everything was well organized.

Wonderfully trip to Kerala. Good & Prompt Service. Everything (Cab, Driver, hotel, boathouse etc)

The overall trip experience was very bad with travelOcat, no proper communication or planning was done.

My trip was a 4 day/3 night stay to Manali &Kasol. The Travel agent communicated well during the trip planning phase and assured us everything was taken care of.

This was actually happened, He have given subcontract to some local person in Manali and there was a clear miscommunication between both of them.

On day1, we reached Manali around 4PM in the evening, thanks to the volvo bus which was 6 hours late.

On day2, we started to Rothang pass and manali localsight seeing the driver who was assigned to us was very indifferent and he always say there was nothing here to see.On the same day we have a plan to move to kasol for overnight stay, which the driver have changed for his conveinence speaking to the hotel incharge(who overlooks the entire trip, the guy with subcontract)

We were given a medicore room on day2 citing that there were no other rooms in the same hotel available where the day1 treatment was much better.

On day3, We travelled to kasol and where we checked into the camp, where the travelOcat never paid them initially where i was said that payments are done already. After some conversations that was sorted out and now comes the biggest mishap of the trip. The driver who came with us to kasol says his work is only to drop us in Kasol where we have left with one more day of trip as per itenary. This is clear communication gap between with travelOCat and the local agent. They took the matter in rounds for an hour and blammed each other but nothing came as output. I have to pay an additonal 2000 for the driver to do the last day of kasol itenary ( I compromised vowing to not distrub my trip further).

On day4 we followed our itenary and we have bus from kasol to delhi booked by travelOcat at 5:00 Pm in the evening. While travelOcat agent was well aware that buses might get cancelled from Kasol , because of low occupancy( he told us on day3 bus might get cancelled, as he know the history)
He still choose to book a bus from Kasol, he could have booked it from Bhuntar where there is lot of buses from Manali, As anticipated the bus was cacnelled and informed us 2 hours before its departure, When we informed travelOcat agent the same, he said he will take care of it, while i enquired about other buses in Kasol and found a reasonable deal, the agent told he will book and booked us a bus seat in last row corner of a volvo bus, citing the reason that bus booking is based on availability. I can see hell lot of buses on redbus same day which have other options than last seat, I requested him a lot but no use as he says bus booking is already done and no option now.

As we have no further option and was cornered we took the last seat of the bus which was one hell of a journey on those roads.

The whole trip could have planned much better if i have planned it myself instead of relying on agency, what i see is travelOcat just booked bus tickets and gave contract to some local manali agent and nothing else.

We were in a hurry with a lot and didn't have the time to plan things ourselves, so we asked Ketan from TravelOcat to help.

The approach was smooth and courteous. Overall itenary was laid out and modifications were made on my request.

During the trip some usual hiccups happened, e.g. Train ticket cancellation, and some troubles with Manali Add Ons, however since they were self expensed AddOns so can't blame the travel agents for that.

Overall it was a wonderful experience, and given the short time and not much knowledge of the destination, it was Good.

Our trip in summer to Manali, Kullu and Shimla for 5 days went good and the planning was perfect. Mr Ketan provided us with a good itinerary and also gave quick responses to my queries. Hotels were good and also the car was good.

We took a trip for 9days himachal. The hotels were nice. Ketan very nicely coordinated everything. Will surely recommend my friends to travel with them. One negative point would be the food given in hotels apart from 1 or 2 hotels food wasnt upto the mark. So would suggest to try the local cuisine rather than hotel foods.

It was a wonderful experience for us. The driver was very nice and helpful. All your arrangements were up to the mark. Transportation, hotel and fooding arrangements were excellent.

The trip went very well. The hotels were pretty decent with beautiful views and good service. Since we were 3 girls in the trip, the safety was assured as promised. The only thing which ruined our trip experienced was the driver- Sandeep. The driver was not cooperating at all and was very rude at times.
Also, a bigger camp tent or 2 tents could have been alloted to us since it was not comfortable to manage 3 girls with luggage in a single tent. We had to negotiate and pay for a bigger tent later. Hence, I am giving 4 stars. Rest everything went well. Thanks to Ketan for organizing this trip and make it happen for us.

When I was searching for best travel package for Shimla, Manali I came across TravelOcat and contacted Ketan.
He not just explained and gave best package, he even guided appropriately and customized the package accordingly our need. It was first good start from here in getting good package.

Here are my genuine reviews / feedbacks on our trip to Shimla - Manali with TravelOcat:
- Support from TravelOcat on anything is really at its best. Once anybody get travel package from agency and if you need any support, hardly you will get any proper response. But believe me, whenever I called them for any issues (Ketan) I got quickest response and all sorted out on time. This gives confidence on TravelOcat and have best responses to their customers.

- Travel would be memorable if you have safe and nice journey. So, for that we were lucky to have chauffeur KABIR with us. He was very active person, values time for others and himself. Picked up and dropped on time.
Moreover, drove very safely, he tells which are all the places nice, guide and suggests us sometimes. Journey was never bored at all for 6 days.

- Hotels given for staying were good. We had stayed at SAKOON HOME STAY VILLA which is at scenic place at Shimla. Their hospitality for customers is awesome. Down to earth people who are servicing there. Food was good. Also, we had stayed at JS Group's ECO GRAVE at Manali. Ambience, hotel rooms were good with maintained hygiene. But not much expected food quality from ECO GRAVE hotel. But the locations at which both the hotels located are awesome ! Anybody can really enjoy the nature views. But the Hotels were very far away from the main city.

Overall, great experience with TravelOcat and their support. But TravelOcat needs to somewhat look at the hotels which are near to main city that helps the Travelers.

Overall it was a good experience with Travelocat. The hotel was nice, the driver was a bit fussy yet we managed, otherwise everything went smooth

I had a wonderful experience with travelocat for manali trip of 5 days from Chandigarh. From the time of speaking to their agent ketan, until reaching home everything was very well organized, planned and guided well. Every suggestion mentioned by travelocat and the places, vehicle provided was neat, sanitized and clean and even the persons who assisted us in terms of driver hunny and hotel management and adventure game partners and guides everyone was very friendly, trust worthy and helping. We had a memorable safe trip as couples coming from south india(chennai). This was my best travel experience with a travel agency. I didn't have to worry about luggage or timing or travel. Best guys !! Keep it up

The overall trip was full of fun and went amazing. We really loved the way TravelOcat deals with their customers. The only reason for not giving full stars is that we felt that price was a bit high.

I could rate more then 5 stars if I could it was just amazing. The package was affordable in first place and is reasonably far better than other packages available from others. Beautifully crafted trip for my small family. Covering the air fare from Chennai to and fro Delhi has eliminated the hassle of flight booking. Hotel stay were close to home stay. Food was top class at all times. Well expensed professional driver to cover the terrain routes.

We have got to know about travel o cat from one of my friends who recently booked their package and were very satisfied. Our tour went more satisfying than expected and the process is completely hassle-free, budget friendly and transparent. I guess thats more than enough for anyone who plans for a trip. Atleast 3-4star hotels were included and cab driver was really polite and experienced for the roads. Enjoyed every bit and will recommend to my friends as well.

Initially i was planning to go a north india trip and i was searching for a package with reasonable cost, then with one of my friend reference i got to know about travelocat. The hotels which they provided in shimla, kasol and manali were very good but they charged extra for nonveg which was not mentioned earlier at the time of booking, that part was some disappointing. The driver provided by them is very good, he made us comfortable and picked up good restaurants for lunch. There were some disturbances at the time of payment, except that everythinh was fine with our trip.

It was our group's first trip. We planned to go to manali in nov 2021 during diwali. We started searching for the hotels and rental cabs for the trip on our own but we also wanted to check tour packages through any travel agencies .So we have approached the Travelocat through tripcrafters. Initially we are a little worried to approach the travel agents through the online recommendations but somehow we approached them and got a nice package within our budget. The travel agent ketan was very helpful throughout the planning and travel of our trip. The hotel we got is very excellent choice and the driver was very professional and experienced. I plan to approach Travelocat for my future trips aswell.

It was through Maldives and then via Dubai, Amsterdam. I was thoroughly guided by the team throughout my journey and Mr. Aniket, He was in touch with me all the time. The RT-PCR test was conducted in the hotel itself. They booked a beautiful island hotel for me with all three time meals. The drive to hotel from airport was of 5 mins hardly. We had booked for our honeymoon trip to Shimla and Manali. From the beginning of enquiry to the end of the trip, the service and communication from Mr. Dev Suthar, TravelOCat was excellent and his approach was professional. He customised our quotation based on our needs and had given best travel, food and stay arrangements for us. The cab arranged for us was comfortable and tidy. Our driver-cum-guide Mr. Honey was very friendly and was always at our service. He had good knowledge of the places and guided us well throughout our trip. The flights and hotels planned by Mr. Dev was very comfortable and hospitality was excellent. Highly recommended for planning any tour packages.
P.S.: For people from South, it'll be easy for us to manage with some Hindi knowledge.

Overall experience was good. Had some glitches initially, but it went smooth after that. The driver was good, had excellent driving skills through the ghats. 4. The plan was not followed and not updated accordingly for the incovenience of Republic day in delhi

During these Covid times, I sure wanted a vacation with family somewhere Corona Free, I must say I was very happy when I spoke to Mr. Dev Suthar from Travelocat, very professional and knowledgeable, I planned my trip to Maldives,

Right from the island selection and stay at Lankanfinalu Paradise resort and spa, forms to fill for visa and Imuga health declaration form prior to travel to the Maldives was well assisted by Dev, Since i was not on WhatsApp, he took all the extra efforts to call me and email all required details including flight itinerary in advance.

This vacation was hassle-free because of Mr. Dev, he also assisted with how much to carry in Dollars. I highly recommend him for your trip and advisory.

Our stay at the superior Beach Bungalow was a five-star stay and a boat transfer from the Male' Airport was organized with a full board meal in Bageecha restaurant inside the resort. The menu had a great variety of food.

Special mention Chef Mr. Pradhan Ramakant and Muhaimin who also happen to be choreographers in Bar. waited at our table and displayed excellent hospitality.

My eight-year-old son, my wife, and I had the best time of our life.

Side note: I had to carry negative PCR test results 48 hours prior to arrival at the Maldives when I returned to India from the Maldives, I did not need one for a PCR test.

We three (myself, my wife and my daughter) booked our 6-day trip to Bali, Indonesia using TravelOCat company services.
Mr. Dev Suthar was our contact. The company booked our tickets, stay at hotel Grand Zuri, Kuta, and the trip itself.
We preferred to have our private car. We reached Bali on Tuesday, 14 Jan morning at scheduled time.
We finished our Visa tracker stamping, bought a SIM card and checked at the Information centre and outside for our airport pickup.
We were in a shock to find nobody was holding a placard there bearing my name.
We found all drivers waiting there for their respective clients, holding placards displaying their clients' names.
We called Hotel (Grand Zuri) and booked our own car to reach the hotel and called our Bali contact of Sita Travel Services and they
WhatsApp'd a pic of driver holding a placard bearing my name. It was not clear where and during what time he waited for us.
As contact was immediately established with them after checking into hotel, the rest of the trip was fine, flawless, and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the drive to Banyumala (my first pick) waterfalls, the Ulun Danu temple, Kintamani volcano site, water sports by beach side,
Tanah Lot where you see the world's most beautiful sunset into the sea, and last but not the least, the Bali Bird park.
Each day we started at 10:00AM and returned to hotel by 7:00PM.

We returned home with sweet memories of Bali and hundreds of pics and videos.

To those who didn't visit Bali and are planning it, I recommend that you buy lots of big water bottles from a near by grocery store.
All over Bali, you find AlfaMart and IndoMaret shops. Drinking water is not free even in hotels and should be purchased.
While the entire trip is not too cheap, it's not prohibitively expensive either.
Please carry a few hundred US dollars and a few lakhs of Indonesian rupiah with you before you board the flight to Bali. It helps.
We did so and it saves time.

After we came back, I talked to Dev Suthar about the glitch of no airport car pickup and he offered us refund of that cost.
It was nice of him. I do recommend TravelOcat for their professional services and thorough planning with their partners. Hope this helps.

We paid more than ₹ 1 lakh for two senior citizens to visit Singapore starting 13/7/2019 for 4 nights on arrival at airport 8-30 am we were surprised that no body came to drop us to hotel we waited for more than a hours finally we have to hire a taxi to reach hotel by paying s$24 and further Mr.Dev had promised that he will pay ₹2000/- by voucher after our return even that we have not received overall arrangement was very bad I recommend not to travel through tripcrafters .com (travelOcat)specially through Mr.Dev

Trip to singapore was very well organised at very reasonable rates that too on short span of time. I would recommend travelocat to people who are looking for good trips at reasonable prices.

Every time we think to travel to Maldives, we only contact Shreya from TravelOcat. She knows us very will and she knows what is our type on choosing the resort. She is easy to work with and she is very patient with us as we change our mind so many times. Dealing with TravelOcat is very great they have good overs. Highly recommend!

I m in conversation wth mr dev from 29th october regarding the booking fir bali for 7 ngt 8 days.....he had send me a package wth 3 star hotel bt den i told hm i need higher categoru hotel so he snd me hotel names.....bt as other customers even i gt confused bcoz my budget was going high.....so i gave hm 2 to 3 options m snd me d quotation accordingly.....he did dat bt still it was gtg high on budget.....today i told hm over d phone lets do one thng we wl take devinsky hotel and seiryu villa and lets see if it gets in our budget.....bcoz devinsky hotel is cheap in cost as compare to other hotels dat i saw.....nw i dnt knw wat confusion was in mr devs head....he says if u take devinsky hotel den 12500 pp wl be cheaper so i sd k and i called him and he says me i gAve u devinsky hotel on place of villa.....so i was claryfing hm dat no i wnt seiryu villa and devinsky hotel n suddenly mr dev gt vry rude n sd maam m closing the inquiry n u cn go ahead n book frm other travel agencies.....aftr sm tm i msgd mr dev dat devinsky fr 3 days 1 ngt in aston hotel and 3 ngt ay seiryu villa and dis is my final thng so give me quotation for this so on this he replies u pay me first then i wl give u the quotation....

Had ok experience with travel ocat... Dev was very cooperative and had planned trip as per we wanted. But we faced few problems from representative of Kula Lumpur.. they were incorporative and didn't solved any problems and doubts regarding timings. In end moment our seighteeing was changed in langkawi...was not happy with Singapore hotel also...
