I booked this trip with bit of nervousness but the team quickly put us at ease. Every hotel, transfer and activity felt hand picked to match our pace and interests. They anticipated needs we didn't even mention and arranged thoughtful extras fir us. When we asked for a quieter room and early check- ins, the team arranged everything smoothly. We returned home with happy memories and plans to travel with them again.

The trip was wonderful! However, we encountered a few issues: the bus from Delhi was delayed, and the coordination for it was poor. The hotel rooms were good. The cab driver was somewhat moody and often unresponsive. Aside from these points, everything else was fine. Having traveled with Travel Boots in the past, I've noticed significant improvements, so I hope these concerns will also be addressed. Looking forward to another fantastic trip with Travel Boots!

We had planned a customisation group trip for Himachal pradesh. During the finalisation of itinerary. We asked for traveller and paid higher price for that traveller but we got something else. (Photos are attached) 1st day- Our moods were already became off by seeing such things. After all the driver was so lazy to drive, Shimla duration by road was approx 4 hr but we took 7 hrs to reach. Hotel property was good and i recommend other people for the same property (The Grand Welcome. Shimla) 2nd day - We had moved on for Kufri and the day was good. 3rd day - This day we need to move for Manali and the same thing happen lazy driver. But the time was passed well by seeing the nature beauty. We reached the hotel around 9 pm. This also took 2 hr extra. 4th day - The was good as we had moved to atal Tunnel and sissu. It makes our mood good and we forget all the error or mistake done by then. 5th day - We need to move to kasol. We were ready to do our activities and we're so excited to meet our location. But when we reached there the force of water was not so good it was feeling like we were doing boating. (This place was suggested by them for activities). Please never go for that. After reaching Kasol the property was chalo kasol, we had booked for 2 night in that property but they had booked for only a night. 6th day - After all the hepatic night we were being moving to other hotel the next day. But the chalo kasol property were not giving us check out as the payment was due (now we all were so angry and frustrated) We had already made full payment to them. Our mood were off so we went to sleep whole day. 7th day- The next day we need to move for amritsar. The journey was enjoyable as it took extra 3 hr to reach our destination. But on the way same issue occur i.e. Payment. The driver stop the traveller for half an hour as he said the agent has not made him balance payment. ( now you guys can guess how torture we had faced) 8th & 9th we had planned our own so it was good and it was relaxed one. Recommendation - Never pay full payment to them untill your last day.

Trip: Ladakh (Leh, Nubra, Pangong) Date: September 2021 Duration: 6.5 Days I enjoyed my trip to Ladakh very much. In most major places, we got sufficient time to spend. The crew in charge knew the places well and were friendly. Positive: * Very professional team. They would take care of all issues and were patient. * Accomodations were good for the Trip price. * We covered most of the places assured in the iterinary (missed three due to time and other issues - Turtuk Village, Sand Dunes and camel ride, Hall of Fame) Accomodations Provided: 1. Spic n Span Hotel, Leh - Lovely hotel with very good rooms, service and amazing food 2. Shangri La Camp, Nubra Valley - Wooden cabin like houses. Accomodation was okayish. Wifi and heated water wasn't available most of the time. 3. Pangong Lake camp - Huge tents with attached toilets. You get the tent experience but with a proper wooden bed with mattress. For a tent, it was really spacious and grand. Food variety was minimal and not great. Concerns: * The trip had two crowds - tempo travellers along with Bike riders. Bikes occasionally run into trouble and the tempo crew which I was in had to stop for them frequently. We missed two places on a certain day (Turtuk Village & Camel ride and Sand dunes) due to time constraints caused due to issues faced by bikers. Time shortages were similarly faced on other days too although it did not impact the schedule. * The tempo wasn't a proper tempo traveller, but a small bus. Seats did not have any head rest making resting/sleeping too difficult during a journey. Space in the bus for luggage was way too less..

It was a truly wonderful trip with Travel Boots. They provided exceptional services. I can confidently say that they made our trip even more engaging with their fun activities and delicious food. One of the most memorable experiences I shared with my friends was the trip they organized for us. You can feel completely safe while traveling with them. ?????️?️??
