What's Not Good: Sir you’re talking only about this Hotel, I am talking about the entire trip now.from day one I Hotel have been facing issues in every hotel that has been booked on day one when we went to Gangtok Heritage in one of our rooms. There was a big rat which the Hotel said that we have to take care of son my husband, and my brother-in-law killed that rat, and that killed dead rat was lying in the room till the next morning. In the same hotel at 12 o’clock in the night, once the lights of our room went when the entire Hotel had and then at 12 o’clock, we were shifted to another room. We gave them the keys the next morning to repair that issue, but it was not done until we came back, and we’ve asked to wait for another hour in the evening, and then the work was done . When we went to Pelling, they did not have towels over there to give us there was no hot water running in their taps and in this hotel in Darjeeling, it’s a complete different issue altogether. Forget the room. There are no phones here now to call the reception. I have to go down. They have given me a private number which they said that you can call on one phone doesn’t work. The other room doesn’t have a phone..

What's Good: We are finally back home from our trip and I would like to thank you for organizing our trip for us throughout. We had a wonderful time at every destination and the hotels that you chose were very nice indeed except Gangtok one. The driver that you provided in Darjling was excellent and drove very safely and gently.A special thankfulness to Monidipa⁩ who was organising our tour and constantly helping us out in case of any queries.
What's Not Good: Hotel and driver in Gangtok could be improved

What's Good: I liked how Falguni, my tour operator kept following up to see if our accommodation and travel was smooth. Also she was approachable in terms of changes in itinerary and also in making suggestions.

What's Good: I c shivkumar chettiar-Satna, I discussed with Shakib siddiqui ji of TOUR DE WORLD about Gangtok, Pelling, Lachun, Darjeeling tour and the tour plan was ready, Shakib ji worked very hard in preparing the tour plan and gave me an excellent tour plan. The hotels and the food were good everywhere and whatever they had promised us, they fulfilled it all, even the car that they had promised was given to them, in this way the work of TOUR DE WORLD is commendable, whatever tour I plan in the near future, I will try to make it along with them.

What's Good: Recently had a tour to Sikkim with my family arranged by Mr. Shakib from 'TourDeWorld'. I must say that we enjoyed a smooth holiday tour without any hassle in terms of Hotel and Transport arrangements. Behavior of all the direct people e.g., Hotel staffs and cab drivers as well as the support from the backend team was excellent, specially I would like to mention the name "Mr. Shakib Siddiqui" who managed everything so well.
What's Not Good: During our 9 N/ 10D tour, stayed in six Hotels/ Homestays. Considering the cost, Hotels rooms and food arrangements were okay type. Payment policy is little aggressive as I had to pay in full by 4th day itself for our 10 Days tour. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our tour throughout.

What's Good: The Service Provide by the Travel Agency Tour de World Excellent, No need to do yourself anything, they do for you...tour de world.
What's Not Good: Nothing

What's Good: Initial communication with agent was good. The hotel was good. Transport arrangement and coordination was unprofessional.
What's Not Good: The coordination was poor, communications were not proactive and timely. On first day, the itinerary included pickup from airport and local sightseeing in Shilong. However the transport they booked was only for airport to hotel drop. It resulted in load of significant part of day 1 in trying to sort that out.
Everyday, the next days driver details were only shared post midnight after followups.
On last day, the plan was to start from Shilong at 8:30 for Guwhati for Kamakhya darshan. But the car arrived at 10:15am, and we missed our slot at Kamakhya temple.
During that time, there were frantic calls and WhatsApp messages to owner/manager Arif, but they didn't pickup the phone or respond on WhatsApp.
Overall, once the full payment was made, they were not interested to pick up the calls.

What's Good: We were on 6N/7D trip to NE, tour was planned in short notice Monadipa was very instrumental in planing out our itinerary, whole team was always available during the trip on WhatsApp/ Phone call.
What's Not Good: We liked everything on trip specially the trekking part to Double decker root bridge and blue lagoon lil further from double decker bridge, lil tiring but will recommend every one in good health to cover up these destinations once in life time

What's Good: Accommodation, dinner and breakfast
What's Not Good: Transportation in kalimpong, Nathula not completed due to snow fall

“Double Decker Root Bridge”: One of the most iconic highlights of Meghalaya, the “Double Decker Root Bridge” was a true marvel. The bridge, made from the roots of trees, was nothing short of awe-inspiring. As we crossed the bridge, surrounded by towering trees and clear streams, I felt like I was walking through a dream.
“Blue Lagoon”: After the root bridge, we headed to the “Blue Lagoon”, a hidden gem tucked away in the forest. The lagoon’s vibrant, crystal-clear blue waters were simply mesmerizing. The peaceful surroundings and the chance to dip our feet in the cool water made this stop a perfect, refreshing break.
“Rainbow Waterfall”: Our next stop was the “Rainbow Waterfall”, which truly lived up to its name. As the sunlight hit the cascading water, a stunning rainbow formed, creating a magical scene. The hike to the waterfall was a bit challenging but absolutely worth it. The sound of the water crashing down amidst the lush greenery made the entire experience feel surreal.
“Phe Phe Waterfalls”: The “Phe Phe Waterfalls” was another highlight of the trip, nestled deep within the forests. The secluded nature of the falls made it feel like we had discovered a hidden treasure. The sight and sound of the water cascading down the rocks was incredibly soothing, and the untouched beauty of the area was a true testament to Meghalaya’s natural charm.
“Dawki River”: To wrap up the trip, we visited the “Dawki River”, famous for its crystal-clear waters. The boat ride on the river was a serene experience, with the surrounding hills and verdant landscape adding to the calm beauty of the location. Dawki’s tranquil atmosphere was the perfect way to conclude our adventure.

We went to an amazing 4 nights, 5 days trip to Meghalaya, organized by Tour De World travel agency. We’ve had an incredible experience exploring the stunning landscapes, waterfalls, and culture of Meghalaya. Our tour package includes comfortable home stays for all four nights, and we’ve been traveling around with the help of a convenient cab service.

From planning our itinerary to ensuring we have a comfortable stay, they’ve gone above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers have truly enhanced our experience.

Tour de world arrange excellent tour of Uttarakhand. Shakib helped us with making alternate arrangements for a new car due to bad condition of car . All hotels were decent and arrangement of breakfast was really great. The driver name Anuj were polite and respectful . We are looking forward to again collaborate for our next journey.

We had a very good trip overall decent trip without much issues, things could have been better but I think the team is supportive and available when required. please discuss what will be the room options and food options clearly before booking.

The trip was indeed a very good one. Honestly I love outing and u have already tried some other sites like mmt and airbnb also. Honestly these guys have provided a far better service than the other popular sites. The hotels were well managed with a very cooperative staff. The food was tasty. The trip was personalized and curated as per our demands. We are extremely satisfied with their service. Surely I will be counting on them to plan my next trip...
