What's Good: I recently used The Holiday Crafters to organize my vacation to Sikkim, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The hotel choices, activities, and local experiences were good and trip was managed as per the budget.

Shivraj ji from the team was in touch most of the time. Although we missed 2 sightseeings in Pelling since we were not aware of the closing timing which is 4.30pm, but still Shivraj ji managed and we did one of the sightseeing next day morning before transfer to next city.

The driver Sumandeep was very friendly and he helped us in covering all the sightseeings. The Nathula pass, Tsongmo lake, Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir were highlights and must visit.

I highly recommend The Holiday Crafters to anyone looking for a seamless, personalized travel experience. I’ll definitely be booking with them again.
What's Not Good: The local sightseeings closing timing should be communicated to guests prior so that they won't miss the same. We missed 2 sightseeings in Pelling since we were not aware of the closing timing.

What's Good: Recently I and my daughter had an amazing tour for 8D/7N covering Gangtok, Pelling, and Darjeeling, all perfectly arranged by Mr. Suraj from Holiday Crafters! Everything was smooth - from the well-balanced itinerary to the comfortable accommodations and reliable transportation. One of the most unforgettable moments was witnessing snowfall at Changu Lake - the serene beauty combined with fresh snow made it truly magical. And thanks to Mr. Suraj's suggestion, we also visited the Buddha Park in Ravangla - a gem we're so glad we didn't miss. Highly recommend the Holiday Crafters for an stress-free, memorable holiday!

What's Good: Response from the packagers is very very good . Suraj will co- ordinate thoroughly, explains very well . rooms provided in Gangtok , pelling and Darjeeling r good .
