What's Good: Terrible Experience – wrong Promises and Zero Accountability
What's Not Good: I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the deceitful practices of this travel company. I booked a Bali trip with them, lured in by their shiny promises of an “all-inclusive” experience packed with activities and stress-free travel. What I actually got was a series of excuses, half-truths, and missing experiences that I paid good money for.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the itinerary we were sold was just smoke and mirrors. Several of the key activities—ones we specifically booked the package for—were either “unavailable,” “overbooked,” or simply forgotten. When we contacted the team, we were met with vague explanations, zero accountability, and a complete refusal to offer refunds or alternatives.
This wasn’t a case of miscommunication. This was a bait-and-switch scam dressed up as a travel service. They took our money, gave us a watered-down version of the trip, and washed their hands of any responsibility.
Do yourself a favor—do not book with this company. Look for someone transparent, honest, and reliable. Vacations are meant to create memories, not regrets.

We recently travelled to Srilanka as a family and PYT did an amazing job in organizing the trip for us..Hemanth Kumar, helped us fix the itinerary and was very cooperative throughout the planning process. It was a hassle free and a smooth trip for us because of Pick your trail...One area where we felt they could have done a better job was if they could have provided a larger vehicle since we were a large group of 15 and found the travel a bit tiring because we felt it was a bit cramped in the vehicle. Special thanks to Abhinaya from the PYT team, who was always available to us to share our concerns or ask queries. The guide provided also was very friendly and did a great job in taking us to all places.. to Will definitely come back to PYT for planning more trips! Thanks guys- you were awesome!?
