Thank you one world tour and travel for managing our trip and making it memorable.All the hotel and food were very good in Phalgam,Sonmarg,Srinagar but the best experience was in Khayber Resort in Gulmarg which has been given to us in such affordable package. Thanks to the driver Mr.Muzzaffar who was very polite, well behaved and very very helpful.Once again thank you Muneeb bhai for taking an effort in managing our memorable and wonderful trip to Kashmir.

We are happy that we didn't cancel our trip to Kashmir from Bangalore.. From day 1 since we have arrived here till we left,, the driver Mr.Adil was polite, helpful and a good guide..he took us to very nice place to shop and to have tea as well..The restaurants where we had lunch was really good,, hygienic and tasty..thanks to him that we had Kashmiri pulav and a yummy dessert at the Stream restaurant near Dal Lake..ppl here are friendly and polite..Our trip to Kashmir was worth and we are packed with memories..Thanks to Mrs.Saima from One world tours and travel for good accommodations. Thank you, One world Tours and Travels, we had an amazing trip to Kashmir. We had booked our flight tickets, and went to Saima for organizing the trip. She helped us with hotel options and left to our choice before booking. She got our Gandola tickets online promptly whereas we saw other guests without tickets due to high demand. And we got a good driver and a guide at Gulmarg. And two of us couldn't make it to the trip in the last min. Saima helped us get the refund for the hotel booking, she had tried her best and got it done. She put in lot of efforts to get it for us. As we had senior citizens, we had asked for ground floor rooms, and that was taken care as well. The team guided us in the right way to make our trip a memorable one. They were always available whenever we needed them. Thanks to Saima and Muneer for helping us enjoy our trip to beautiful Kashmir.
