We booked a tour from Mumbai to Andaman through New Dream Destination Andaman from 6th to 12th November 2024. It was a wonderful tour. The tour in-charge, Shanti Ma'am, organized the stay, sightseeing, Green Ocean Cruise tickets, breakfast, and dinner very well. Her staff, Mohit and Naresh, also provided great assistance. We enjoyed a lot. We would love to go on another tour with them in the future.

I had a recent package tour of 6N & 7D at A&N beaches with my family. Initially, on the first two days at Port Blair the services were nice at lodge and outside visiting places. But on 3rd day at Havelock the services of food and lodging at Royal Crown Beach were not good for us. My hope and feel good experience shattered on 5 th day while we came to know that our booking at hotel AT Villa for last two days had not been confirmed for the managerial lapse of travel agency and after waiting for the said hotel about one hour we were provided lodging at Ami Grace where food, lodging and reception were not good and all the services were sub standard in comparison to hotel AT Villa. On 5 th day we missed the sunset view of Chidyatapu beach as we reached at about 6.00 pm near this place after sunset due to abnormal late of providing room and then lunch at a roadside hotel on that day. On 6th day my room was unlocked while we moved for Baratang at about 3AM as the lock of the outside door was not functioning and my belongings inside the room remained uncared/unwatched from dawn to dusk though I repeatedly requested the attendant at reception to look after my belongings until the room won't be locked. All my request went in vain, as I came to know while returning from Baratan, the on duty attendant at reception didn't know that my room had been unlocked since morning and while asking about this lackadaisical attitude, I was replied to check the CCTV footage if any belongings were missing. Last but not least I would say on this review that this travel agency, New Dreams Destination did not keep its words in providing services and should be improved.
