MY BIG TRIP

The entire trip was planned quite well. Right from the pick up from the airport to arranging daily transports that’s safe and efficient was a huge help to us! The team was constantly in touch to make sure we did not miss out on our transport everyday. Moreover, the itenary also covered everything that we wanted to see. All the main attractions + what we wanted to add in was accommodated well. There was enough leisure time for shopping given too. Lastly, the stay was perfect. It was a hotel where a lot of Indians stayed so it felt familiar and the rooms were classy and safe at the same time. Quite happy with the entire experience and looking forward to more future trips ahead!

Review for Brigtrip – Our First Family Foreign Trip to Thailand We recently completed our very first family international trip to Thailand, covering Bangkok, Krabi, and Phuket, and I’m happy to share that it was a truly memorable experience – all thanks to Brigtrip! From the moment we landed until we returned, the entire tour was extremely well-organized. The team at Brigtrip was always available, 24x7, for any support or assistance we needed, which made us feel secure and well taken care of throughout the journey. Everything went smoothly, from hotel bookings and transfers to sightseeing and internal flights. The true success of this trip was seeing the joy and happiness on the faces of my family members, and Brigtrip made that possible with their seamless planning and commitment to service. ⸻ A Few Suggestions for Future Trips: 1. It would have been great to have a few more activities added to the itinerary to make the most of our time. 2. Shopping time was limited, especially in Bangkok – a little flexibility here would have enhanced the experience. 3. At Bangkok airport, we encountered an issue at immigration where we were charged 200 Baht per person under TDAC, despite the Visa on Arrival being free for Indian citizens – this seemed to be a scam, and it would be helpful if future travelers could be better informed or cautioned about such instances. ⸻ Overall, we are very satisfied with Brigtrip and would happily recommend them to anyone planning a trip abroad, especially with family. Very good place for family tour. Big trip service is Good. Only i feel places clarity and information is lacking. Few places which was must needed to watch should be discuss and convince to customer for visit which was lacking. Spending has to be decided by customers after all later but i feel strongly product knowledge should be given in detail and fully to tourist. I suffer in Child full ticket in stead of 75% ticket / one person breakfast voucher issue / web check for both ways and some places I missed like china town / merlin bay / luge ride has to be included in package. Ice cream parlor is totally Waste of Money ... Neha is very polite and attentive at all time during problems and queries to address it. Thanks Big Trip for arrangment :)
