Our Kerala trip was marred by the tour operator’s (aakhsh singh)inefficiency and poor service. From the outset, our journey was chaotic—despite prior commitments, our tickets were not confirmed, forcing us to arrange them ourselves at the last minute. The hotel experience was equally frustrating. At checkout, the management unexpectedly demanded payment due to their mismanagement. Additionally, all accommodations were inconveniently located far from main marketplaces or towns, making transportation difficult. Another concerning issue was their payment policy. The operator insisted on full payment before the trip’s completion, despite failing to provide adequate service. Even after multiple calls the day before to finalize hotel arrangements, we received no proper response. Overall, the tour operator’s service was highly unsatisfactory. We strongly advise travelers to avoid engaging with them and instead opt for a more reliable provider to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Birjuji , sanjayji,ritikji bad service infact I was book my package and they did not help refund money ..... Without confirmation they booked hotel and also denied my refund so this company and this 3 guys are not helping
