Just returned from a trip to Japan and had a wonderful experience . Aayush Gupta , our travel consultant ,helped us plan the trip, coordinate the logistics pre trip and checked in during the trip too . He was very responsive and always displays strong customer focus . On the trip. the tour manager , Oorvaksh , ensured that we had a smooth, hassle free experience . He was resourceful , knowledgeable and patience personified. It is people who make organisations and these MMT ambassadors make a huge impact on the brand The choice of hotels was good as was the tie ups with local guides. Constant communication to travellers, and the on-time pick ups and drops enhanced the experience. Definitely a trip to remember for all the right reasons !!
