What's Good: Anuradha of krishna travels was very co-operative she selected very good hotels very good itenery and helpful at all stages

What's Good: Everything was perfect and love the way they customised it according to my flight delay and cover other view point because of delay I missed some view point so and hotel were amazing and worth it. Overall loved theirs package according to price it was worth every penny I spent. The driver they provided us in Sikkim was very humble. We were two girls so according to safety too I loved theirs arrangements.

What's Good: Our Darjeeling and Sikkim trip with Krishna Travels DMC was exceptionally well-coordinated. What's Good: Krishna DMC agent was very helpful in planning of holidays very well.

What's Good: We had a nice experience overall with the trip. The itinerary covered beautiful places, and everything was well-coordinated. Among all the spots, we liked Darjeeling the most — the view, the vibe, and the climate were just perfect. It was a refreshing break, and we will definitely suggest this trip to our friends and family in the future.
What's Not Good: One small suggestion is that the package could have included the charges for Nathula Pass, the ropeway, and the toy train joy ride. These are major attractions, and including them would have made the trip even smoother and more fulfilling.

The trip was well-organized, the communication was excellent, and I felt confident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to others.

What's Good: Excellent service. The only travel agent to understand our veg food needs, arranging an excellent hotel and make daily calls to check if everything in order. Seriously can't get better than this! We are very happy with the arrangements and services.

Hotel and vegetarian restaurant was excellent. Staff were very professional and courteous.

Driver was very good and skillful.
What's Not Good: There was issue with hot water supply in the hotel - it wasn't hot in tap and shower. This could have been handled better.

What's Good: Thanks to Krishna Travels especially Ms.Anuradha. Excellent logistic arrangements (Thanks to Mr. Subash) and accommodation. Swmmit Swiss heritage hotel in Darjeeling is excellent, vegitarian Food was good. Local site seeing locations are remarkable in Gangtok. Due to bad weather we could not visit Nathula pass which was really disappointed. Aurora hotel Room in Gangtok was good but there is no room heater to avail room heater facility you have to pay extra . Overall it is a memorable trip. Thanks to Krishna Travels once again.

What's Good: Agent were always in contact and also helped in changing date of stay in hotel.
What's Not Good: Lachen lachung driver Lakpa Sherpa took 800 cash from me which he said he will return but he didn’t. He also took his brother with us which we had allowed. He also made me pay parking and checkpoint entry fee.

Well planned and flexible Itinerary with good hotels and nice car. Very humble drivers and hotel staff. Anuradha Ji called daily and asked about our day and if we faced any problem. Altogether I was really satisfied with their services.

Drivers are very good specially Tashi at pelling. Hotel at pelling is fabulous but at darjiling its ok type .
