What's Good: More than profits IndeRoots strives to make customer requirements fullfill, along with it they make sure to resolve issues if any thing happens or if there is change in itenary from customer they make it possible, even if it's last moment
What's Not Good: Need to be aware of local issues that occurs in hilly areas(two or three places in itenary were closed due to local problems). Along with it, one guy (tele caller representative) whom we spoke to is good with resolving issues but he should speak politely with customers when there is problem.

What's Good: Helping nature of Inderoots Travel.
What's Not Good: Everything was excellent.

What's Good: Everything was well planned and excecuted.

What's Good: The accommodation at Cherrapunji is excellent ?, particularly the behavior and support of the staff and owner, which is truly appreciable.
What's Not Good: The accommodation in Dawki was substandard. We strongly suggest prioritizing hotels with AC, as it is very hot there during this period. Also behavior of the Manager and staff are not good.

What's Good: Rumi from Indiroots travel designed the perfect travel iteniary for us. Good thing was she listened all our requirements very carefully and worked towards fulfilling them as much as possible.
The transportation provided was also very good and the driver was very friendly as well.
Another important thing is the flexibility that you get with Indiroots... Even though they provide an iteniary but the same can be customised as per your liking and interests as well.
So all in all it was very nice experience with Indiroots and would like to plan my future trips with Indiroots.

Sharing some insights of the trip

Had a mind blowing trip to Kaziranga National Park and the tourist spots in Meghalaya

On the jeep safari at Kaziranga was greeted by the enchanting landscape of sprawling grasslands, lush forests and shimmering riverbanks. The sight of a rhino grazing peacefully amidst the tall elephant grass was breathtaking combined with exhilarating excitement of spotting the tiger

Meghalaya, a stunning state in the northeastern region of India renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, lush greenery and vibrant culture.

**Shillong:**
Often called the "Scotland of the East" it offers picturesque views, rolling hills and vibrant colonial architecture. The scenic Shillong Peak provided stunning panoramas of the surrounding valleys.

**Cherapunjee (Sohra):**
The Nohkalikai Falls, the tallest plunge waterfall in India is a breathtaking sight

**Mawsmai Caves:**
The Mawsmai Caves present a fascinating world of stalactites and stalagmites.

** Living Root Bridges:**
The trek of 7000 steps to the double-decker root bridge is particularly famous and provides a unique experience as I walked across the bridge which continues to grow

.**Dawki:**
Dawki river features crystal-clear waters that reflect the sky, creating a mesmerizing view. Boating on this river is a truly ethereal experience and is on the border of India and Bangladesh and was able to traverse across and back

.**Laitlum Canyons:**
Stunning panoramic views of the lush green valleys below, the Laitlum Canyons are a hidden gem . The steep cliffs and rolling hills create an awe-inspiring landscape and an " Edge of the world" experience

The diversity of flora and fauna across the trip was striking with the sounds of chirping birds and rustling leaves creating a symphony of nature.
The changing landscape offered breathtaking views at every turn with picturesque sunsets casting golden hues over the horizon and provided a magical backdrop for my adventure

Since it was my first visit to Ma Kamakhya temple, it would have been better if i was briefed earlier on the entry . Nonetheless, i was extremely lucky to go into the temple and have the darshan

It was such an beautiful experience spending one week at Meghalaya and final day darshan of Maa Kamakhya at Guwahati. Travelling to Meghalaya was completely new to us (7 Audults and 2 Kids). But Inderoots Travel planned our vacation beautifully starting from pick up at Airport and ended with dropping at Guwahati Railway Station. We were completely out of worry zone and enjoyed our vacation to fullest. We need not have to bother anyone from Travel agency complaining anything during the trip. The best part was arrangement of hotels at right place making us superb comfort for our travelling and spending leisure moments.
